Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Ordered the Stoeger disconnetor from Midwest Gunworks.
  2. I compared the old disconnector to the new one and the old one was not machined sufficiently. The new one was.
  3. I replaced the disconnector on mine and it no longer double fires.
  4. Take your time and heal. I've had a defibrillator and pacemaker combo since March 2003. The hardest thing to learn is not push yourself too hard if each stage has a par time. The second hardest thing for me to learn was to shoot long guns left handed when they had to move the defibrillator/pacemaker to the right side of my chest. I spent six weeks going to a range and bench shooting left handed in order to learn to manipulate the controls and work through malfunctions.
  5. I've used the Maxpedition Mini Roly-poly forward of my pistol holster. Holds four. I've also just clipped up to three to the sling.
  6. phecksel, good luck with that! He died in 1926!
  7. The BR stands for Browning, who designed the cartridge.
  8. Got my promotion for the Southwest Regional at Copperhead Creek Shooting Center, Marble Falls, TX.
  9. Chuck, You're welcome. See you at the Southwest Regional, then.
  10. Chuck, Select Events and bookmark the one or ones you want. Then register.
  11. Tommy, thanks. The hardest part, to me, is thinking shooting left handed in competition after so many years of shooting right handed. It's a major mental adjustment.
