    i used to have that exact can-it's actually 8 lbs. i had 452AA and still have a lb or so left-great for steel gun or other light loads. use it in my 3gun pistol and i figure that lot is from the 90's.

    if the followers come out the top, the feed lips are out of spec. str followers for gen 1 were 38/40, so they should not be coming out of the top.

    dumb question, but what caliber were the mags? if they were 40 or 45, the followers might be for 9/38 or 40.

    many years back saw a guy do the best flip and catch ever, but he forgot one minor detail. in his haste, failed to remove the mag. dunno where that round went.

    i live a 3 wood from the pacific ocean. every machine screw on my 650 has been replaced with marine grade SS. a little corrosion X on other steel parts and no problem.

    the one that gets a bunch of folks is "standing outside the shooting area". non-pro tip...that aint always the back of the shooting area.
