I have the SSI  tungsten carbide grip, it now weighs 43 ounces.

    Makes a huge difference

Do sll the bullets have the same diameter, i.e. .355, .356,? etc?  It sounds like you might need to bell the case a bit more, or possibly the bullet seater does not have a seating stem that fits the profile of the bullets. Can you see where the coating is missing on the bullet?

Agreed, I also had this issue on my Dillon. Needed more bell to solve problem.

  3. I live in CT but we dont have any active USPSA clubs so I shoot outside the state. Yes in capacity limted states we would revert to following the laws. I was going to go shoot the Nats with this gun but that wont happen now with the disadvantage.

Interesting idea on milling a plate.

  4. I use the plastic spacers silicone'd in place, with Grams follower/spring, & they work 100% with my 1.16" loads.

I use Hardy spacers and apply blue permatex to hold them in place.

Load at 1.155 with TTI followers & bases.

    100% for me.

I had not heard about Hardy Spacer, had seen the TTi and STI. Have either of you used the TTi as well, any issues with others. Thanks for the permatex info, will find that as well!

I did use Sti stock spacers without issues but switched to Hardy when I bought TTI pads.

The blue permatex is working out great for me keeping them right in place. Just don't over apply
