Gentlemen, If you had the chance to pick the better machine as a retirement gift for the Sarge, would you pick the Dillon Super 1050 or the Dillon RL1100. Please justify your answer. Thank you all for your sage input.

I agree, I'm kinda shockered myself. The corrosion is blackish in color.

Gentlemen, First, and foremost I hope you and your family have a tremendous 4th of July. Unfortunately, I just noticed that I am starting to get some corrision on the main shaft of my Super 1050. I have 2 dehumidifiers going in my basement and I periodically oil the shaft. I am actually surprised this is happening as I am located in Connecticut. Does anyone have fix for this issue as I don't want to ruin my machine? *** Thank You.

Chutist, are you loading 45acp? If so send me your mailing address and I will send you the red tip that you need provided when you get some from Dillon that you send me one back as I only have one spare.

Mstamper, I had the same problem. Remove the inner tube from where you load the primers, I bet your red plastic tip (45acp) is broken and thus flipping your primers off center. I changed out the primer magazine tip and everything is working like a well oiled machine. Good luck.

I purchased mine from Level 10 also and thought they sent me the wrong spring. I works like a charm. Give it a try.

For all our competition shooters out there, what recoil spring weight would you recommend using for a Tungsten Guide Rod in a Gen 5, Glock 17? Stock is 17lbs. Bolt sheared off on mine too. I did drill it out with a small drill bit and went to my local hardware store and purchased a new bolt. Everything is all good now.

Gentlemen, I need your sage advice, I'm reloading with Winchester WST Gunpowder on a Dillon 1050 and I am noticing that the gunpowder is static sticking to the powder funnel and the brass powder dept gauge. This is throwing off all my powder checks. I have tried using Bounce static cling sheets to no avail. Anyone got any better tips or tricks for me. Thank You all in advance for your sage advice.
