  1. My current cost to load a 1 ounce 12 gauge. Is $6.80. You have to buy everything in bulk. To get that price. I buy components at least a year in advance.
  2. mix two parts corn to one part walnut.
  3. Got a picture? Sounds like a mould line. If so defective bullets. Call them back.
  4. unlike rifle pistol brass gets shorter as it is fired. /reloaded.
  5. Mixed brass could be your problem as far as Chrono results. Now just look if you edit that 998 fps one. You actually have a fairly consistent load. That could be how you shot that one across the chronograph. When I work out a load I use sengle head stamp brass. Just so to not chase non existent problem. Then when satisfied re Chrono with mixed. With mixed brass you can get 50 +/- fps from high to low on average. On occasion more.
  6. what shell plate and locator buttons are you using for each?
  7. If you can not find data for a Remington unibody hull. You don't have a clue as to what you are trying to do. I gave you a link to Hodgdon data. Use it. What powders can you find. Clays, clay Dot, American select, 700x, red dot, just to name few. I could tell you 17.3 gr of clay Dot , claybuster wad cb1100-12, cheddite primer. But if you can not get clay Dot powder. What use is it. Alliant has on line data also. https://www.alliantpowder.com/reloaders/RecipeList.aspx?gauge=12&gtypeid=3 Now if you say what powders you can find / have then someone can help. I load shotgun shells for myself and five others to shoot skeet, sporting clays , trap and 3Gun. It's not like loading center fire ammo.
