  1. The market has really dropped on Stock IIIs in 9mm. Seems not too long ago that they were going for upwards of 1700.
  2. The standard SP01 safeties works fine for me and aren't as hard to find as the thin ones. Ive never had an inadvertent safety engagement with them.
  3. Theyre all pretty much the same price. Some difference in shipping rates. I waited until Midway had a sale before I purchased mine.
  4. Zach Savage, who is a member on BE runs wwwlastroundarmament.com . He has the stainless steel version in stock. https://www.lastroundarmament.com/product/stainless-steel-roll-pin-for-eaa-ambi-safety/
  5. I dont know of any shooter production or otherwise that flicks on their safety between shooting positions. Everyone that I've witnessed just takes their finger off the trigger.

    Thumb safeties.

I had the same problem and I swapped out my safeties with SP01 safeties. They're much easier to find than the flat safety.
  8. You can also check out 3 gun stuff http://www.3gunstuff.com/?page_id=155
  9. J&L gunsmithing can get them. Hes in VA.
  10. Has anyone tried the 101940 mags from EAA? how do they fare with the Hennings base pads and grams springs/followers?
  11. Berry's 147gr RN loaded at 1.100, no issues for me
  12. The price seems high at first but the time saved is worth it if you are dealing with larger batches.
  13. A couple drops of lube after the first day would probably be fine for that class. I would bring a spare extractor and slide release pin or consider bringing a back up pistol. Nothing worse than not being able to finish a class that you paid money for because your gun went down.
  14. I recommend the Salomon Speed Cross 3 as well. A wooden or metal surface can be very slippery for cleats if it rains.
  15. I found that 1.180 for a plated 180gr TC or FP bullet works great in my Limited.
  16. I put my brass in a plastic bag, spray with One Shot, shake and rub brass through the bag, spray again shake and rub again and its good to go. Takes 2 or 3 mins. I'll let it sit for about 10 mins before I throw it in the hopper.
  17. LMAO. Been there done that. Those targets become so huge is impossible to transition.
