  1. what is the highest capacity you can stuff in a 141mm mag for Tanfo? CZs can do 24+1.
  2. Put a drop of glue. Then you have a bonded bullet. I heard it goes through stuff.
  3. I think the main reason why some IFG slides are stroked is to increase extraction reliability. The sooner the ejector strikes the case before it bottoms out on the frame is better on these guns. I noticed the stroked guns have better ejection patterns i.e to the side or rearward instead of bouncing off of the ejection port and flies forward.
  4. it wont. its the momentum of the firing pin to the breach face when the gun falls and land on its muzzle.
  5. Can the PD R7 be used with the rest of the factory internals in a Stock 2?
  6. Not worth the hassle getting popper fkd.
  7. Congrats! so the SM weighs less than the Stock 2 in CO form? whats the weight of you SM?
  8. Can someone measure the factory 9mm magazine feedlip opening? Its the mag for Stock 2. I have some mags that have seen better days and wanted to make sure its within spec. Thanks for your time.
  9. I had to check the subforum to make sure I am not in the IDPA section...
  10. IPSC got it right when it comes to divisions. They are not afraid to enforce them. USPSA dont like to enforce rules, get rid of them. soon the capacity will increase to 32 rounds so no reload necessary. go home and drink beer.
  11. IMO, the main difference between the two divisions should be iron vs optic. 15 rounds limit for both. I’d start with these.
  12. Here's an idea to save Production. Make Prod and CO capacity 15 rounds. And change the name to Prod Optic. There is nothing “carry” about that division. USPSA made a mistake when they went full retard with 140mm mag.
  13. anyone have an experience with the recent batch of Deltapoints with the upgraded board? curious to see if the previous issues are resolved.
  14. Were you using minor or major PF 9mm?
  15. I sent two Stock 2 barrels to Patriot Defense to have the chamber reamed. I read many happy customers here so they are GTG. I got them back today and glanced at the chamber and noticed something doesn't look right. So I grabbed a bore scope and took a closer look. holy batman!! the lands have these ledges at the end that looks like bullet shredders. these are not just burs. both barrels have the same issue. for those who had their barrel done by PT, you might want to take a closer look. they sent me a return shipping label promptly. still, this should of been caught in the QA process.
  16. This is not an accurate test on powder’s cleanliness. This shows what pressures do to brass. The higher the pressure, the more the brass expands in the chamber sealing from carbon flow back. If you loaded the SP the same weight as the AS, then this explains why you got dirtier result with the SP. two different powders with different burn rates. SP likes to be loaded hot for clean burn. Heavy bullets with little powder is not ideal IMO.
  17. of course... but why stop there? shoot PCC or Open so its even higher overall. bottom line, nobody cares about overall combined score in Practiscore. that is why its not an option in USPSA website. pick a division and go have fun.
  18. freezins da reezin. hey you have the same name thats on my bullet box!
  19. Production. Shadow 2 or Stock 2. Have fun!
  20. Theres already a low key CO sub-forum... its under “Gear and Accessories” specifically “Which Optic is more Reliable”
  21. Loctite 620 (high temp) on the sight cut (do not use on set screw). Loctite 262 on set screw.
  22. why should they fix it? They will lose sales if people dont buy backups.
