Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Free from flesh, blood, and bodily fluids is a good rule of thumb for all purchases. BTW mines not for sale anyhow, Im a twisted little puppy who deserves the punishment for neglecting the wheel gun for most of the year.
  2. I got the Houge extended latch last summer, I like it but It bites me up some. This pic is from my practice session at the range today, notice the little piece of my thumb skin still attached to it. I had not had this happen so bad before, I think it has to do with the fact that I did not get to shoot revo all that much last year and with all the dry fire practice I have been doing since my spanking at the IRC has got my grip higher and more consistent.
  3. Of all the books relating to our sport, this book and Brian's book are the two I have gotten the most out of. If you shoot IPSC, ICORE, or Steel Challeng this book has a lot to offer.
  4. If I had to pick 5 for life on a deserted island it would be.... 1. The Clash - London Calling 2. Tom Waits - Small Change 3. Rolling Stones - Exile On Main St. 4. Johnny Cash - Live at Folsom Prison 5. Fugazi - 13 Songs
  5. If 8 shots were allowed in 625 division.....I mean revo, I think they would need to be limited to minor scoring or it would just start a new arms race in the USPSA side of revoland. While I like the idea of it to some extent I dont think it would help the division grow, only divide it.
  6. Any plans for making any 170 grn 38 cal bullets in the future ?
  7. New Cylinders Turn is up on the ICORE site.
  8. JimmyZip, If you like Hank, Johnny, & Buck you should check out Wayne Hancock. He is putting out albums and writing songs right up in the same alley as the great outsider / outlaw country of the 50s & 60s. If you dig Uncle Tupelo & Sun Volt you should check out the album "wreck your life" by the Old 97s. The early stuff by the Jayhawks is also some great alt-country.
  9. Dont waste any more moments of your life romanticizing your past or fantasizing about your future, be aware of where you are now and enjoy it. Do what you can, where you are, with what you got. Be committed to the things you have, it's probably enough.
  10. I found used copies of both for $7-$10 on Amazon.
  11. Side 2 of what makes a man start fires by the Minutemen
  12. I handled a couple at the Shot show, found them kind of intriguing. While I would get a lot more excited about something in the S&W classic series, it's nice to see something new in revo world for a change. I cant see these breaking into ICORE in a big way, but could see them to maybe start poping up in IDPA SSR as the design does lend it self to CCW with the flats on the cylinder.
