I just blacked out the red fiber optic. The black front sight is not noticeable.

I bought the FKC-11 kit for my S2 nickel plated mags because I thought the mags were factory CZ since the CZ logo was stamped on the front. I’m new to CZs. Got the kits and when I put them in mags I discovered the followers didn’t rise up to the top of the mags. I then tried the FKCMG spring kits and the followers went all the way up like normal. The difference between the two kits is the size of the followers. In determining which kit to get I found it easier if you look at the round count stamped on the tube.

I gave away my Armscor 38 RL brass due to too many issues with the brass.

I see this often especially with rental cars. The drivers are driving in the dark with only the daytime running lights on. Easy to spot from behind because the taillights are off. Then there are the lifted pickup truck drivers driving at night using only their fog lights. All these drivers are traveling at or faster than the speed limit. So dumb

This is one of the ugly things that happen when a mag catch doesn’t stop over insertion.

Everglades has free shipping which worked out better for me.

After fitting a Cheely E2 grip on my STI frame I discovered another issue. The mag catch that comes with the grip allows my mags to travel up too high and hitting the bottom of the ejector and the slide feed rail. Since the mags were dinging the ejector and the feed rail I was about ready to put the plastic grips back on. An inquiry to Cheely was met with him informing me a locking mag catch is coming soon. I got the locking mag catches today and installed them and very happy that everything is good again. If you have the same issue, check out Cheely’s store and order one.

I found out when switching from shooting my open guns to shooting my production gun I have to adjust and bring the production gun sights up to my line of sight. If you are going the other direction that would explain why you bring your CO up too high.

After installing a metal grip on my STI frame I had the issue of the gun sticking or catching on the draw. Found out I didn’t have the trigger guard screws tightened enough so the screw heads were not recessed. Tightened them up and the gun now draws smoothly without a hitch.

Now Atlas Gunworks are producing their own line of magazines too.

I didn’t know that was an option. I recently went to a steel grip and installed the front bushing and screws. Noticed in some pics of guns with steel grips that the front screws are not installed. I will keep using the front screws and bushing, makes it look complete.
