Yes, it is Zombie ammo called Zombie Max featuring a Z-MAX bullet. Nope - not steel match. The 7.63x39 will have a steel case, the rest (9mm, 40, 45, 223, 308) will be brass case plus there will be a 00 Buck. Check out their Youtube or Facebook page for the full video.
