  1. As mentioned above, it's important to have them firmly seated. If you have a hand seater, do some and try them again.
  2. I did, still have about half a ton. Not shooting matches anymore so they will last a lot longer.
  3. I run Tula SRMPs in 9mm, .45 and .223/5.56 and have never had one not go off. I think it is very important to be sure the primers are seated fully.
  4. Then it would have gone full circle - back to how it started.
  5. That is a real good feature on the Lee as the fired primers drop down through a tube to whatever container you wish to use.
  6. Lee has a new case prep "press" that is interesting looking.
  7. Probably slightly bulged up in the middle.
  8. I've had good luck with Tula primers, still have quite a few srmp that I use in 9mm/.45ACP( small primer Fed cases)/.223/5.56. Worst thing about them is you can't get them anymore.
  9. I think the pins do a better job of cleaning the primer pockets, course you have to deprime before tumbling.
  10. Or get a Stainless pin setup and it'll be faster and cleaner, also more shiny.
  11. Try wearing mittens instead of gloves, quite a bit of difference in hand warmth.
  12. Try checking it with a magnet.
  13. Use a pass thru die setup and do away with those problems.
  14. Stainless pin them and you'll have no problem.
  15. Or you could use a pass thru die setup and really resize the entire case.
  16. Try a few .358 bullets before you give up.
  17. I don't think a match/stage needs to have stages half the shooters can't accomplish, but without some movement and various challenges it might as well be a bullseye match.
