I run 147grn Extreme RN copper using 3.6 grns of VV 320 OAL 1.120 in my Foxtrot Mike 7"upper and 9"upper SBR suppressed about 920fps with a PF of around 134,also works well with my Scorpion Micro pistol with 5" barrel suppressed same PF. This load shoots very soft and quiet even when not suppressed

My last Efile Form 1 took 16 business days! The SBR I did on paper took over 8 months. I built a 8” on a QC10 and in March finished an MP5A3 clone with 8.6” barrel. The Mp5 shoots much softer and is easier to control but trigger travel is longer and harder to shoot fast splits on in your face targets.
Filed my Form 1 over the weekend for my FM9B 7 inch side charger, looking forward to running it and also running it for fun with a can on it

They restarted last fall, but only for the Form 1. Both individual and trust can use it. You do need to send in a set of prints after submitting the form.
Thanks for the info,i saw they are excepting Form 1 I may do a couple of SBR's I'm reading 3 weeks with e-file for approvals

I am about to Efile a 16 down to a 10 1/2. All my ARs are 10 1/2 to 11 1/2. The 9 is the only 16 and it is heavy compared to my others.
So far the only negative I've read is stability. Heavier gun=easier fup shots.
Any other negatives I should reflect on before the papers go in ?

I thought ATF quit doing E file

I left factory hammer spring in mine ... never had a problem
I also left the factory hammer spring in with no issues and I use CCI primers

Ah, good point. Still seems like a fairly popular platform, so I bet the aftermarket support will expand.
I love mine

I wish the PC9 was offered in a non-takedown version. Might help open more aftermarket stock options if manufacturers don't have to deal with a 2 peice format.
I think its more of the molded mag well then the two piece design that needs to be thought out in a new stock design
-
Now if someone could come up with a light weight stock replacement, maybe similar to the 10/22 thumbhole stocks with a moulded mag funnel like the factory one

I went with VV320 4.1 grains using 125 grain BBI OAL is around 1.110 only because I need to stay consistent in loading my Shadow Carry optics gun which if I don't go a little higher PF the cases when ejecting hit the corner of my FF 3 optic thus causing problems with stove pipes
The 320 works well with my Shadow 2 but I don't think it's softer
i have been using Alliant American Select which is clean and softer than VV 320

My Burris just went out at Sat match, seems the dot is stuck up high and no longer adjusts down.
I have put thru about 2000 + rounds with it,will call Burris in the morning to get return info since
they have the lifetime warranty.
A friend runs a Doctor from Doctor USA but I do not want to spend $600 I will just keep sending The Burris FF3
back if it breaks again

I didn't say anything about the trigger. The stock 2 is flat out just easier to track which results in faster shooting with better accuracy
I'm looking forward to Angus new bull barrel Shadow that's when I might sell my Shadow 2 or not it can always be back up

I have a dawson front and the kennsight fully adjustable rear on my accu. i'm tempted to mill my shadow 2 for an lpa cut and put the same rear sight on.

Same for me. I prefer the TF +10 on the 30 vs the +20 on the 20. Both work equally well for a 40 round mag.
I will have to check out the TF

My biggest recommendation is to not shoot coated lead with Titgroup especially in the carbine. I had serious lead issues in the barrel and muzzle break. With my pistol the barrel never got bad but the linear comp was completely coated on the inside. I switched back to the OEM flash hider.
My upgrades are Yeti Switch back grip and mag release. Right side safety delete and magpul AFG. The CZC trigger and polish job is fantastic. If you plan on competing its worth the money.
I could not get the CZC +20 mag extensions to work. The Taylor Freelance +10 seem to work so far. You need to keep the mags clean and run long COL. Right now I am running Berry's 124 HBRN at 1.160. I tried RMR 124 match but they could only load to 1.132 and would not run reliably with the TF mag extensions. The 30 round mags have run everything I have put through them.
Malfunctions with the extended mags would result in a round at a 45 degree angel with bullet tip stuck against the outside of the top of the chamber. The round in the photo is the 124 RMR loaded to 1.132. With even shorter bullets, SNS 124 RN COL 1.090, the bullet would be side ways against the chamber. Malfunction would happen in the first 6 rounds.
I am still waiting on my tax stamp for the pistol. I am still undecided on SBR vs carbine. I am leaning toward SBR.
Had a similar problem with the CZC mag extentions with the 30 rnd mags so I installed them on the 20 rnd mags and they run flawless

So far just using my PROD load for my Shadow. 135gr Bayou coated, 3.8gr N320, Tula SP primers. PF in my 16" Scorpion is running 143. A little bouncy but manageable. Accuracy is excellent. I'm going to try some different powders and some 147gr Bayous to see if I can get the PF down.
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI came up with a load
124 grn MTG
4.6 grns HP 38
OAL 1.115
CCI small pistol primers
Have not chrono but I know it should be about 130 PF
Shoots really soft and accurate
