  1. I run Dawson's on my first magazine. They are easy to remove. Tti for the rest of the magazines on my belt. I hate when I smash my finger on the base pad and the mag well. I haven't had that problem with the tti base pads.
  2. I had a magazine with the same issue. It only happened when it was loaded to the max. I think the magazine was slightly wider at the base. Measure your magazine to see if it uniform all the way. I squeezed the base of the mag with pliers. I haven't had any issues since.
  3. Did they fit the box without modification?
  4. Are the SV wide thumb safeties single stack legal?
  5. I found an e-clip kit in the garage. Had the exact size I needed. I keep the kit with my landing gear now.
  6. Large plate feeds 40 cases faster that the small. Both seem to jam at sbout the same rate.
  7. I roll size all of my .40 brass. Runs through the press easier.
  8. Not the best accuracy. However, may be good enough. Try them and see.
  9. Turns out it the roller on the case feeder bar had seized. Smooth as butter now.
  10. Bad pick, hopefully is shows the over travel.
  11. I cleaned the press. It isn't too bad now. It is still over traveling but it doesn't seem to bother the primers now. The down stroke feels and sounds "gritty" when the alignment pins engage. Is that normal?
  12. I'll post pics tomorrow. Basically the aligning stud positioning the priming bar and causing a jerking motion.
  13. The primer bar is sliding approximately 1/8" too far on the down stroke. The alignment pin on the tool head is correcting to over travel but it makes the down stroke "ruff". The primers are jumping out because of the jarring action. Can this over travel be adjusted?
  14. i didn't like it with the infinity steel grip. It can work but I had snags from time to time. I never had a snag with a polymer grip. Your draw must be strait up. It you push away from your body on the draw it can snag.
  15. I upgraded from a 550 to a 1050. I am very happy with the 1050.
  16. I assume the Dayton bolts directly in place?
  17. Do you think mounting an addition fan is worth while?
  18. I set up my PW autodrive to run my casepro. It works OK. However, after 30mins of operation, the motor on the PW autodrive it too hot to touch. How hot do the autodrive motors normally run? The fan on the motor doesn't seem to move enough air over the motor. I am thinking about mounting an additional fan. Any thoughts or suggestions? Aric
  19. So, would I be better served with aggressive or skate tape? Keeping in mind that my hands sweat. I use pro grip but that only goes so far.
  20. Yeah, the skate tape would work. But for me, I like the silicon carbide then the skate tape. In case you are building a new one with a steel grip, I highly recommend the aggressive and make sure to request a reduced depth on the texture (.020in) for a softer feel. How long does the skate tape hold up? I tried skate tape on non-2011's and it didn't stay on long. Sometimes it didn't even last one match.
  21. Will this mag well prevent depressing the mag button on a table start?
