  1. I don't want to discuss another trigger designer on a public forum. It depends on how old my trigger is that you have now, but I will say if all edges are not rounded and finished then its not mine. Give me a call I'll get into more detail. Also, if the trigger safety has been shaved or trimmed then again its not my trigger.
  2. Keep helping your buddy sell triggers, but you keep casting doubt (2 whopping posts) about my work and almost dwell on the fact about safeties. I check the safeties to make sure they are working before shipped, plus my customers get instructions on how to check ALL safeties when they get their trigger(s). Now what a person does with the trigger after they receive it....then of course safeties can be defeated and I have no control over this. Hell, even the Jeff states that on his website. I have hundreds of satisfied customers and not one has said or had a problem with my "drop safety". I don't have to explain my work or actions to you, but back off about my work unless you can prove different.

    Glock Gen.4

I finally got my hands on one. Glock has changed a few things on the trigger group as well. The trigger bars are designed differently especially where the trigger spring attaches to the trigger housing. The hole is oval where the spring attaches and the bottom of the arm has a slot cut into it to help stabilize the trigger spring. The trigger housing look similar to the 45cal. SF housings, but where the cruciform rides in the drop safety area it has different dimensions. After some experimenting I got the trigger down to a smooth 2.8 lb. trigger, but to really dig into it I would like to have some extra OEM parts available for the Gen 4 models. It took a long time to get the SF trigger housing out to the general public and I have a feeling that the parts are going to be awhile on this one too.
  4. For a defensive home gun I would use a factory firing pin spring and trigger spring for added insurance with no pre-travel removed. Billmanweh, I don't know which trigger you have, but I offer 7 different triggers some have pre-travel removed and some don’t. Give me a call and I would be glad to help you out.
  5. I cut a small file down enough to work.
  6. I have taken a file and opened up the hole in the breech face more to where the firing pin falls through the hole with no resistance, but I would contact Caspian.
  7. It's something that you could do yourself and then all the responsibility would be on your shoulder. I wouldn't do it even if someone asked or was willing to pay for. It could be done easy enough with some sort of epoxy and a file, then shape to your hearts content.
  8. I spent two hours on the phone with Dell last week because Vista wouldn't let me log in and with their help I got my computer back. I'm still puzzled about why I can't send an email off MS-word. I keep pushing the email and file command but it won't open, is there a type command that I can try.
  9. They are not legal for IPSC Production division, just like all other trigger kits that reduce trigger weight. They are legal for Standard Division.
  10. My triggers are using mostly Glock parts, but I use a couple of after-market springs. I'm thinking about coming out with a GSSF legal trigger kit that will use all Glock parts. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't IPSC Production have a 5 lb. rule and doesn't even allow polishing parts?
  11. It's nice that you can tell me I'm wrong and now you're saying I need the gun to make a better trigger by working on the sear. I've done more to trigger bars than you will ever know and through years of experience all I can say is "grind away on your trigger all you want". Hopefully with what response I've seen on this topic and what others have said they won't do it. If I were a betting person I would have to say doubling or go full auto has been because of the sear being worked on... But since you have another trigger we won't know now.
  12. I haven't touched the sear with anything in over two years. Listen to Nik on this one - sooner or later it will cause trouble.
  13. Sorry that it's been posted before. I received an email about this so I posted it here. I guess I want to keep the moderators busy.
