Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I used the sights off of my G34. The size really doesn't matter because you have to zero in the laser based on distance anyway. So even if the sight is a little high or low, you just adjust the laser POI. I usually adjust the laser so half of the dot is over the sight. That way I can see the hit without looking over the sight too much.
  2. To get the most out of my training I had to change out the sights. Just like the original cheap plastic Glock sights, the SIRT sights are horrible and I had a hard time picking them up quickly in low light. So I swapped them out with an identical set as on my real Glock and now I feel that the training and repetition is much better.
  3. Nobody has a pic of the standard base pad with a magwell or knows if it will work?

    TTI Sights

OK. I'm going to order a set of the TTI sights. Thanks for feedback.

Thanks Niceash and Rooster. That's the info I was looking for!

    TTI Sights

Sweet! That is what I needed. I wanted to see how far to the top the red (green) dot was on the front post. How do you like the sight compared to a Dawson or Warren?

    TTI Sights

Looking for a picture of the TTI sights installed looking down the slide from the rear sight. I want to see what the red dot looks like. Anyone have one?
  8. Does anyone have a picture of the TTI small base pad on a Glock with a magwell? Is it long enough?
  9. I have Arredondo on a couple of used mags that I bought. They are a little beat up and work OK but I'm thinking of switching to TTI. I hear great things about them and really like they way they look. Just waiting to see if they ever run any discounts or specials so I can get them into my price range.
  10. Thanks for the follow up. I was starting to get nervous
  11. That was my planned set up....but there is a new thread talking about the C-More having drift issues. I have never experienced this on my rimfire Open pistol but it has me concerned if I put it on my Glock. With so many top shooters using C-More, I'm surprised to hear about this issue. Not sure if I need to look for an alternative.
  12. I have been using a C-More on my rimfire Open gun and have not had the drifing issue but I suspect this is because it is a .22. I plan on building a Glock Open gun this year and was going to use a C-More as well because that is primarly what I see at the games and I really like the one I have. Is this drifing problem really common? If so, why do most of the top shooters continue to use the product? Is there a better alternative?
  13. That is a great article! I never new that...I guess I have been lucky!
