I am 99% sure that the MMC and the Novak fixed sight have the same dovetail and the same mill cut. A Novak fixed sight should fit with some minor fitting. Good Luck!!

Does this 1911 have a series 80 firing pin safety? If so, it may be out of time. It may not be lifting the plunger high enough or lifting it to high. Just a thought.

The only way to keep the finish looking good longer with a Kydex holster, is buy a Kydex holster that is leather lined. Check out Garrett Holsters or Hellweg.
