I've had it happen. Contact Dillon. They sent me a new die, and wanted the old one back. 9mm as well.

Did this happen to coincide with changing from large primer to small? I have seen other users have issues using the large primer magazine tube with small primers in it (ie they forgot to swap when changing primer sizes on the machine).

I got my Primafill today as well. I only got to try it on Win SRP, but it worked well on those, with the same comment about the straight primer flip line texture mentioned above. Not a deal breaker, but I think would have been way better with circles or at least "concentric" squares like other flippers. Hopefully it works well on the other primer sizes as well.

I hope it works better than the Pro did.

I just had this same failure with a brand new toolhead. I was cruising along, noticed it was loose, and when I tightened it, it shattered. Pretty disappointed.

I'm waiting still for my unit to arrive (ordered December 8th, supposed to ship sometime next week). Reading through the thread, I'm a bit disappointed in the results. Some adjustment I can see and understand, but even after all the revisions, modifications, and tuning, having to clean and lube an appliance like this every 1000 to 1500 cycles is unacceptable. Saw a guy online put a clear lid from one of his wife's cooking pots on a bullet feeder. It fit just right, was clear so you could see in, and made a huge difference in the noise

There was a thread with some test data (load and pressure) on shotgunworld showing xtr-7 is the same as csb-1. YMMV.
