  1. Great match with deceptively difficult but straight forward stages. Many thanks to the staff, the hard working RO’s and of course the various companies for the prize table donations.
  2. I really enjoyed this match. The stages were straight forward yet difficult. The RO’s did a great job. Due to the generosity of the sponsors the prize table was very deep. Thanks to Jeremy, the staff and the sponsors for a great match as well as the property owners for making it all happen.
  3. I really enjoyed the match. Many thanks to the staff and especially the ROs!
  4. How long for the farthest rifle shots and would a cart help at this range? Thanks
  5. Just want to say what a great match this was. Many thanks, from the top command at Fort Benning to the lowest ranking soldier resetting targets in the rain. Where else can you shoot a "SAW" , run through trenches, climb over barricades and crawl under barbed wire all the while being ROd by world champion shooters? I so appreciate the privilege of shooting at Fort Benning! Steve Sweeney
  6. I just want to say thank you to Andy and all of his staff for an incredible match. The stages were " fiendishly " designed and were a challenge for every shooter. There was a side match sponsored by Eotech ( being well represented by Aaron Hampton) that was free with a very nice sight for the winner. Also several items donated by Eotech for the auction that benefitted Task Force Dagger. Doublestar was the match sponsor and also provided a very nice dinner for all who attended. Very greatful to all the match sponsors that donated to the prize table. Shooting with those competitors on squad 2 was a real privilege. Rock Castle is an awesome facility to host a match. Best math of the year. Thanks again!! Steve Sweeney
  7. For the record I enjoyed the match. Stages ran on time for the most part, great ro's, and a very nice prize table. I'll be back!
  8. Denise, when will stage diagrams and descriptions be coming out? Also when will the competitors able to do a walk thru? Thanks for all your hard work!!!!
  9. Yes a QD sling attachment. Thanks for the advice!
  10. What type of sling attachments did you use? Tried a detachable sling attachment and it would not work in the rear stock.
  11. I now have a 1301. Mine will shoot AAs fine but will not feed the Winchester white box loads. Will this change with more break in time as it does not have a lot of rounds thru it? When you put a +7 tube on it with no barrel clamp where do you attach the sling?
  12. Anybody have it across the elbow? If so how long for total recovery?
  13. Totally agree with post 65. No good reason to have it on Mothers Day!!!!
  14. How many of you 1301 shooters have found it necessary to add sights to the rear for slugs?
