  1. I believe they do. You can also get it directly from Neil Keller. Kustom Ballistics Here is the URL at Brownells: Kellube at Brownells

So how fast was his draw?
  3. Any chance anyone will ever make a Para-specific 170mm tube? Like maybe Para-Ordnance?
  4. I'm still very happy with having the factory barrel welded and refit on my Springfield, along with one of the newish S-V bushings. I don't know how well it shoots in terms of group size at 25 or 50 yet, but now I can actually hit where I aim!
  5. I saw Virginia Madsen on Monday when I watched "Crossfire Trail" with Tom Selleck (again). It's kind of weird how she comes across as so sweet and nice on screen, and her brother Michael is a bona fide psycho!
  6. Sure, but along with that, Kirk always got the girl, kicked some a**, and blew stuff up. See, you can do all of those things as long as you cover the basics in every episode. Once they start to replace the basics, you start having some problems. I also maintain that James West from "Wild, Wild West" and Captain James T. Kirk are essentially the same character.
  7. A mere two pounds? Child's play! It's probably pre-cooked weight too! I scoff at such a meager challenge! Actually, a two pound burger would probably put me down for the count for a while. Ten years ago I could have done a couple, but I'm not the boy I used to be!
  8. I could ask him what he meant when I see him this summer. I just hope he doesn't slap me for being insolent.

    Bul-M5

Of course, now that we don't have that pesky ban, Bul M5 mags should work nicely and actually be available, as should those made for Kimber wide body guns.
  10. I "clean" when I start having problems with function. Usually that amounts to a field strip, wipe away crud with paper towel, wipe a again with a baby wipe; relube... done! I typically go a long, long time without doing anything other than adding more lube. Kind of like a beater car that you never change the oil, you just add more. Interesting point: since I switched to Kellube for everything but my carry Para and my ARs, my pistolas have been a LOT cleaner over the same time period or number of rounds as with other lubes. I know this is a Slide Glide Sanctuary, but if you try Kellube, you will probably like it better, your gun will probably run better longer, and you won't have to clean as much muck as often.
  11. Look ... if those other guys can shoot a sub three second El Pres, I can make it to the top of this list! It is ... inevitable!
  12. Cheaposity is replete with ... rhinosity!
  13. Captain James T. Kirk is the Uber Hero of all science fiction!
  14. If you live in the Bay Area and Jim's Coffee Shop still exists in Alameda, they have a breakfast burger that is pretty good (although not humongous, so you might need two). It has: 1/4 lb hamburger patty cheese fried egg ham steak on a hoagie bun. I'd add bacon too.
  15. Are big sticks available for Paras, or do you have to do the long, long base pad on the standard body deal? Or should someone just go with an STI-for-Para big stick and get it to work?
  16. Sounds like which mat is "best" depends on your needs. A mat that prevents slipping elbows would also seem to prevent rapid movements for tracking among multiple or moving targets. By the way, Tom F. ... you avatar creeps me out! That's one of the scariest movies ever, and clowns are creepy anyway! ARGH!
  17. I need someone nipping at my heels to push me if I'm ever going to overtake Flex$!
  18. Dude, methinks the key to her "memory" was Kevin Sorbo without his shirt! He plays the same role in everything he's in, but I always find it enjoyable (Hercules, Andromeda).

Hey! The movie "Anacondas: Search for the Blood Orchid" was set in Borneo! They wouldn't make that stuff up, would they, Unca Sunny?
  20. Actually, I think some ROs definitely would or at least be inclined to issue a DQ for that. I'm with you, though. As long as they don't draw from that position, it's not really a problem.
  21. Okay ... I've used mine in a few matches now, and I really like it. As someone suggested, it's not easy getting to the mags compared to something like a Safariland 771, but you can do it okay. The price is right and the tek-lok is now my standard belt attachement for my gear. I think the Comp-Tac belt feed would work better for competition, but given my cheaposity, the Blade-Tech will do fine for me.
  22. Mom said not to do that again!
  23. My mags only get dropped during matches, so maybe that's why I've not had any trouble yet!

    The Tactical Guy

When I read it, it brought to mind one of the town marshalls from a nearby town here in Indiana. He bragged about his extensive explosive and demolition training. And he tucked his pants into the tops of his boot. No, he did not blouse them properly, he just tucked them. And a small town cop I met during our state match last summer. He was standing in the middle of a field watching us, so I went to greet him and see if he needed anything. He was just watching, so I invited him to join us for a club match some time. That's when he informed me that what we were doing was too simple for him, since he'd had a lot of "anti-terrorism training." He was too advanced for mere USPSA shooting.
