I'm considering putting this on an AR that I'm getting as an inexpensive alternative to the scope I really want. Anybody out there have any good or bad experiences with them? Also does anyone know what the lines in the reticle are calibrated for? Thanks! Jeff

I recently bought a used badger ordanance base for my remington 700 that it covered with some really nasty stuff. Is there any reason that I can't sandblast the thing and have it powdercoated at work, or should I stick with blueing it? Thanks Jeff

If a gun is shooting low do you need to file the front or the rear sight down? My friend asked me to do it for her and I want to make sure I'm right before I mess up the gun!! Is there a better way to do it that I can't think of? Thanks! Jeff

Take a look at the Oakley A-Wires here. They arn't much more then the Rudy Project glasses and they fit \ feel better (YMMV). Jack is right about the green lenses, they are definatly the way to go. Jeff
