Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. i learn more from reading the book of our brian, of course, but i saw many times these videos and i think there are a lot of videos on the web are worse than these good coach ... however
  2. hi shooters ... here, in italy, I want to test major loads vv n310 and n320 powders off course, n310 feel softer to shot, but a accurate test in a manometric station say the last word using 180 grains plated bullets, n320 is in the range of pressure that's near limits of saami and cip pressure spec n310 loads is always over these spec, a lot adjuting oal to the maxximum accepted from the gun change only a little the question faster powders ensure best speed costancy, softer shooting, but the correct working range of pressure is foundamental luca
  3. thanks to you brian ... like a wonderful film, every time I reread your beyond foundamentals, I learn new things ... strange, but no much for me, how a good job is actully also after 20 years last summer, with my friend piero, I was looking for a teacher, a good teacher to find a direction, the right direction, after 4 experiences not totaly satisfacting, I order the book, and from then I never stop to study and trying its lessons ... still foundamental for all shooters thanks brian
  4. another exemple of I think about religious cleaning if in one stage I hae to cheange a magazine, when it ends, beetwen two stages, I disassembly the magazine follen and clean it I think that who says his gun is perfect also cleaned few time after K rounds, perhaps only before a important match, he doesn't admit it is so becouse his laziness ... no problem, everyone have own opinion, but I think it is not correct to say that the gun operate at the same reliability
  5. I'm agree with chuck, josh and benny hill ... the pictures show a fitting problem ... mister, please, change your gunsmith too, he hasn't understud it and repet the error ... your load is ok, it's a wonderful standard load
  6. kevin, if you can, try to clean the yellow brasses by tumbling them with lyman green and polish, then also the reloading operations are easy like the nickel ones
  7. woman sensibility julien, excuse my english, but I know metals ... do you think that hard chrome look like stainless steel? ... it is not easy, but with experience you can see the difference ... however, I'm curious to know the truth ... can anyone ask it to sti?
  8. Do a search = Save time Same gun, different cosmetics, higher price. You can get a tuned and hard chromed Edge for less than buying an Executive and that will still need to be tuned....making it even more expensive. So, you're paying more and getting nothing extra. http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?...st&p=699122 excuse me, but I agree with my friend joseph, all the sti executive I have touched by my hand were stainless steel frame and slide ... it may be only in italian distribution in italy there is a particular edge model hard chrome finish
  9. hi peter ... I know that executive model is in stainless steel and edge model is in hard steel ... I prefer the second one, more durabily ... you can upgrade this one with a fiber optic front sight and a traditional full lenght guide rod, SS or tungsten
  10. in my opinion religious gun cleaning preserv duration, reliability and precision ... for exemple, try to count failures of cleaning men and no cleaning men ... in italy is "clear"!!
  11. +1 I clean my gun at every use, a lot of like only few shots ... I don't understand why shuemann say it, but my shuemann barrel after 30k shoot very accuracy
  12. ... why don't you use a lee factory crimp die without its cap and internal crimp round?
