Grams for function (18rnd . 40 reloadable in 126 tube). SPS followers are very good as well.
With Bolen and SVI followers I could squeeze in 19 rnds (reloadable in some tubes) but they often flipped a round.
Frames and lenses have different sizes. Rydon2 lenses fits Rydon frames but are smaller "around the face".

STI trigger bow is wider than the SVI. It will be sloppy and a corner can drop out of the rail jamming the trigger. Drop in works but far from 100%.
If You want it to be done properly the best way is to install the SVI trigger on the STI bow.
Also don't bother with Tri-Glide on a non-STI. Seen to many chewed up bows and discos.
And as said above, trigger needs to be fitted to the grip.
In what gun?
My PPC9 eats everything while my G17 prefers heavier bullets (I suppose we're talking lead/plated). I've had great results with 135 in the Glock, both in accuracy and feel, while 125 not so great.
I've been using Castrol LMX grease for years, works great. Same for synthetic motor oils.
All the latest mint smelling tactical beard stuff is nothing but a scam.
I'm looking for a load with 147gr bullet and VV320 (or similar speed) in a Glock 17.
Bullets are coppered lead.
Been looking but can't find a good starting reference.
Running one and it works so I'm happy with it.
Would I buy one again? Probably not. A properly tuned, good quality extractor will most likely run just as good.
If the slide hangs without pressing the trigger, check sear spring tension and that it's seated correctly.
Sometimes the MSH and spring doesn't fit together without adjustment.
If the slide hangs when You press the trigger then check that the disco clears the hammer strut.
