Does the Hunter use a full length 6in spring, or a 5in spring and a short spring plug or spring tunnel? In my Witness Limited I'm using the Wolff 22lb recoil spring. I was getting primer swipe on my reloads (180gr at 1250fps)with the factory 14lb spring, brass going 30ft plus. only other way I can think of is to use a heavier hammer spring to slow the opening of the slide. Not sure who makes one, Wolff or Henning maybe.

Compare the width of the blending on the thumb safeties. That's what I noticed, more angled and smoothed.

Sharpie the whole barrel and install it, anywhere it is worn off is where it is contacting and probably needs fitting. I would also do this for the Edge barrel checking both lugs , link, and slide stop for proper contact.

I inquired about sending in my STI, if the slide is already cut for an adjustable rear sight they cant do it. Other than that I think its the best system out there for switching between irons and a dot.

Very interested in this new PD barrel and comp setup on my Witness Limited Pro! Check for primer swipe on the Sig ammo, I am using a 22lb Wolf recoil spring with a handload of 180gr HP at 1275fps for bowling pins. I'm not sure if increasing the hammer spring weight would help like a 1911, but I don't really want to increase the trigger pull weight.

SF uses CZ75 sized mags LF is Tanfoglio magazines. Nothing to do with magwell or not. The grip length will be different depending on what magwell you have, see LOK's site for that info.

No info on the Wilson, but EGW still makes tungsten guide rods.

Standard CZ 75B DA/SA . They made the black, duotone, and a full silver finish back then. Notice the heavier full profile slide, without the taper like a 9mm.

Sometimes with the steel guide rods you need to compress the spring with your fingers back/forward to get the rod to drop in. Most likely the fitting is in the "nub" or sides of the breach face surface.

Yes, I fit a TS 9mm barrel to my .40 TSO Had to do some fitting on the barrel hood for lockup.

They fit my Elite Limited with the factory large frame magwell.

I don't have both to compare, I went with TSO's. My XL sized hands don't like the backstrap hump, I like LOK Palmswells on the TSO, and stock wood grips on Tanfoglio or CZ97. From comparing the TS2 in a shop to a shooting buddy's Shadow2, I would think they are the same or at least similar. Pretty sure all the frames are the same width, dictated by mag size, LOK uses Shadow 2 grips for the TSO, so grips would dictate the thickness.

My opinion the TS2 grip is more similar to the Shadow2 than the TSO. TS2 has a deeper relief where the web of you hand is placed like the Shadow2, which creates a hump along the backstrap.

The pistol you linked to doesn't have the action work, the 91764 does. I did this with my .40 TSO, I had to lightly fit the barrel hood to the slide. Numrich had the 9mm TS barrels at that time. I like how the heavier .40 slide and recoil spring feels while shooting 9mm.
