Is the future (1-2 years) going to 10 round max in open guns? My local gun shop says yes. It is getting harder to get hi cap. Also i have heard of making hui cap mags. How and where are the parts?

OK I probably already know the answer but do most of you keep one eye open or both while shooting? I have tried with both and it is very difficult. I am very good with only one eye but my speed is affected. So what is the best way to line up sight picture?

I am interseted in converting my series 80 combat elite .45acp into an open .38 super. how hard is this to do my self vs. a guin smith? What are costs invoved? As for smiths any recomomdations?
