  1. Thanks. I ended up at 6.5 to make 172-174 PF.
  2. Would that be the same with FMJ's and a KKM barrel?
  3. Just getting back into it. https://youtu.be/GGC1Qf3sNno
  4. I have to say I got burned out in a different way. I had a divorce so all my money and guns went to get back on my feet. In that time I also had a bad motorcycle accident that put me back in motivation. Do or did I want to stop no. Had the chance to get back into the game 4 years later. I have to say the excitement I had before was lacking and I do believe it's due to my accident 3 years ago. I am a believer that if I practice as I did before I'm sure I can get that excitement back. I feel I gave up. Trying to turn that around but it seems like I need motivation. I guess you can say it's hard to motivate myself at times. We will see where this goes as LIFE doesn't stop for no one.
  5. Nice!! I own all 3 guns you mentioned and I feel the fit of the Trojan is way better.
  6. I have heard from many open shooters the breach face will get eaten away so I thought the smart thing to do is buy a Infinity slide with replacable breach faces. I'm at $1200 (Slide, barrel, barrel fit, Comp and slide cuts). I know spendy but I will only be able to do this once. Will have the rest of the gun built by a different smith.
  7. I think the reason they are taking awhile is due to miss info. They have me as a B and I'm a C in SS. Also they have a guy that I shot with as production B minor and he was shooting Limited major.
  8. Victor---truly a pleasure shooting with you and the rest of the bunch on squad 5! If you are really curious, PM me---I might just have a copy of the Single Stack results. And a big THANK-YOU to Carl and Tom and all the rest of the staff that made this a great match. Hope you do it again next year! Bill and Nancy Bill was great shooting with you and your wife. Tell Nancy Thanks for being the squad mom and keeping us together. She did a outstanding job.
  9. I'm glad I wasn't the only one Chuck. Boy you got to bring your A game at this match. Was fun. Had a great time there. Thanks to everyone that put this match on.
  10. Went and shot the 2012 Inland Empire Sectional USPSA Championship match this last Sunday in Benton City, Wa with my STI Trojan 1911 9mm. Was a great match with awesome stages. Wasn't feeling well but ended up taken the Single Stack Division title. It's my first time and I was surprised to have won it. thanks for watching.
  11. I've shot SS minor with my Trojan for almost a year and done pretty well in my area. I've switched to L10 minor to concentrate on my accuracy a little more. I have two level II matchs coming up this month and I know I won't come on top but I will try my hardest to get my shots.
  12. Not a Glock fan but that is one cool looking blaster.
  13. Short clip of me. Third person view.
  14. Got back out and shot my first USPSA match of the year. Was fun getting back out and shooting with friends again. Thanks for watching.
  15. Shoot the gun that you are comfortable with. Do not go and buy a ton of new stuff, USPSA may not be for you. You are giving away nothing with either of the STI's I agree with scooterj. I started in SS and it a fun place to be if you like reloading a lot.
  16. I do something similar to what spanky does except i don't use the big bracket. I only use the round mount that you see in his pic. All you have to do is drill holes front and back then zip tie it to your bill. I took some material off the back/bottom of the round mount so it will angle up. Works great.
  17. Thank youy and Thanks for watching!! I'm going to try and focus more on accuracy and control for next years season.
  18. As the year is almost to a end so are the match's here in the PNW. I shot Rentons last USPSA match of the year. It was a 277 round match with 7 stages but I only got vid of 6. Didin't shoot that well. Stage one kicked my butt bad. I don't know how but still managed to come in 1st overall in L10 shooting minor. Thanks for watching.
  19. Shot Marysville USPSA hoser match this passed Sunday. Had a few screw ups that cost me sometime but pulled through it. Still getting use to the new SVI trigger. Came in 1st in L10 Thanks for watching.
