Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Hey, btw how can you tell if the brass your getting is = Once Fired ? I may buy some more to keep stocked up. Short on 1 type.
  2. Copy that. I talked with Brian on the phone yesterday. He was nice, and pointed out alot of things. As I screwed up all ready by going fast on my purchase, I'll probably go real slow now. But still i tend to be a little annal and want to know how to do it before trying. I screwed up on the purchase. I bought a guy at works SQ DEAL. had it REMANUFACTORED, didn't know it would not do rifles. LOL, so now I have a brand new SQ. DEAL that was just REMANU in the box and I want to load rifles. I'v e been told a dozen times, keep it and get another - a 650. Pistols and rifles,, AHHHHH. Just can't justify the cost for all that right now. So I have to read up here and decide what I want and buy another one in next 10 days.
  3. What is frosted brass ? and what should the ratio be. I'm using a 750- I actually just started cleaning today. So if someone can go over PERFECT Experience SOPs that would be nice.
  4. Well, and I mean brand new. I was one of those who bought my stuff just in case. Well now its in case. I shot 350+ in ammo a couple weeks ago and now I need to break out my reloading stuff and learn. So I've been collecting brass for 6 months and have tons. How clean does the brass need to be ? Inside the primer area, does all CARBON need to be gone ? Once Fired, HOW CAN YOU TELL ? if your buying it from others. Once fired, how many times can you clean and reload it ? Range pickups - same - how many times can you clean and reload ? I went with Dillion stuff. What type of the media should I get and how much ? I have about lots of Brass I've picked up. Mix-once fired, just need to know some tips and how to start.
  5. Actually the "supply and demand" has gotten so bad that CME exchange has added Primers as a trading basket. I trade on futures somethimes and the guys in my trading room talked about TRADERs who bought like 250,000 K at a time and will sell when the price is right. Some did ammo too. I was lucky i got my ammo i needed when I saw it coming in Oct. But need primers now. I'll just wait for the back orders, no way I'm paying 200+ %. BTW- anyone wnat to sell some small pistol primers at a decent price ? let me know if you do.
