  1. It's a hard chrome finish. It's held up well on my Limited Custom HC. 6 1/2 years with lots of use and it still looks good. I've stuck with the hard chrome finish on my other Tanfoglios. I think it handles wear and tear better.
  2. I tried a fibre optic on my Limited Custom HC but after a short time I was also using the outline of the front blade. I have now gone back to the solid front sight. I have an over size front sight on my Gold Match (same width as the standard front sight but taller) that I find easy to use and very accurate.
  3. +1 for the checkering. It looks and feels better than grip tape.
  4. Can't wait to see the new trigger. Any idea when the pins will be available?
  5. I run 125gr through my open gun and also my metalic sight gun. I like the fast / snappy recoil of my metalic sight gun, it recovers really well after each shot and my open is real sweet to use.
  6. I find that an equal and firm grip/forearms works best for me. It gives me consistant recoil and good recovery. But it's all about finding what works best for you.
  7. Hi slaterock, thanks. This is a pic of the opening in the magwells.
  8. I would really like to see some good pictures of your gun. yes the one you have in your avatar!! looks promising. Hi, here's a few pics of my 'open' and 'metalic' guns that I use for Int 1920 action match. I made the magwells, shroud and mover base scope mount for them.
  9. I don't mind the current shape and position of the trigger. But reducing the sideways wobble and a better setup for the pre travel adjustment would be improvements.
