  1. the dust cover and bull barrel would kick most 2011's out. but if you had an eagle like mine with a bushing barrel this new grip should let me play SS. I'm still curios how well this grip fits the older frames.
  2. if the screws are lose you can cut some fuel line a little bit longer than the current spacer. this should keep sufficient pressure on them so they wont back out.
  3. I have a local guy who uses this for our club matches https://www.evergladesammo.com/ammunition/handgun-ammunition/9mm-major-power-factor-124gr-jhp-ammo-new.html they also have 147gn too
  4. I'm interested in how they will hold up to an open gun and slide ride on a CO gun. I will be setting up a CO grand power with one in a few months my self.
  5. I have only handled one in the store. Its the same as the gp6 just shorter barrel from what I can tell. Jeremy Hardin
  6. That is a very nice looking set up there. Now it looks like im going to have to get a new grip for my revo. Jeremy Hardin
  7. That is awsome!!! Now I need a 9mm 2011 for 3 gun too. Mike does build some nice guns down there. Jeremy Hardin
  8. It was hot out and some long stages. The 625 I was using is a very well used. The oiling between stages became part of the routine same as cleaning the cylinder out. I don't think every one should do it like that. And I might be a little OCD with it but it worked for me. Now the guns I use with clp don't get oiled very often maybe every few months or so. Jeremy hardin
  9. I drop it in from the hammer and the sides of the trigger with out taking the side plate off. Jeremy Hardin
  10. For the ones that I have done the triggers on I use rem oil. It works best to recoat between stages or every two stages if its hot out. for the guns that have stockish triggers I use clp on them. Or you could go the route one other guy here goes with and uses royal purple oil in his guns. 10w30 is what he uses I think. Jeremy Haridn
  11. I use that firing pin in all my revo's and they are dry fired a lot. I have not broke one in my guns. but I do have extra pins in my box of parts that goes with me to any range or match. Jeremy Hardin
  12. I use a set on my 610 and my 617. i have shaved the sides down a lot so it fits in my hand better. I shaved the tops down till there was not any preaser on my thumb nuckle. I like them like this a lot better now. Jeremy Hardin
  13. Or if recoil is an issue get a 625 and change the bullet weight to something lighter for her ammo and leave yours heaver that way your not changing powder settings all the time. Unless your like me and have two sets of tool heads per caliber for different settings. Then slowly bump up her loads till she is comfortable shooting full house loads. Jeremy Hardin
  14. I have a 37-2 That is with me all the time. I shot mine in the local IDPA matches from time to time. I would have to say about 200 off clock and 500 on clock. I dont just use it for the bug stages. Its used for the whole match. lets just say some of the bottom feeders dont like it. I tell them I can get its bigger brother out and play too (610-2) with real 10mm ammo Jeremy Hardin
  15. There is a guy here who had the same problem and he had a local machine shop make some out of aluminum they are awsome. Jeremy Hardin
  16. I didn’t use to till I had my 6in slide crap out on day two of l-10 nationals this year bought an extended firing pin and has no problems. My 5in slide still has the standard on but I have had no problems with it not firing when the hammer drops. The only thing I can think of is there was something out of spec on my 6in that needed the longer firing pin to work. Jeremy Hardin
  17. I Started out shooting USPSA love it we also have just as many IDPA clubs around here so more trigger time right. i will admit it I like both. I even shot major matches for both. I have started brining IDPA shooters to USPSA and vice versa now i got about 5 shooters that shot both now Also my first 4 months of idpa was with my 5shot snubby Jeremy Hardin
  18. I like all of them. I started out in revo made B Class swithed to limted made B Class now im in L-10 and SS for now. I have shot Prod and Open. I like them both im just not ready to move in to open as i still shot a lot of IDPA and they dont like the open guns there. Jeremy Hardin
  19. The two I have installed on my guns fit tight. the insert is easier to install with the trigger out of the gun than in. I used a nylon hammer to tap them together. Make sure to line the set screw holes up and its good to go. Jeremy Hardin
  20. I run the ed brown 9mm one. its like the hardcore one. just have to file on it a little more but works good i run it in two of my guns now. Jeremy Hardin
  21. I have a 610-3 love it. and thats a good price on it. as for getting a 625 for idpa i have that also ans im just as good with the 610 at major matches as i am with the 625. now uspsa where you have to do a lot more reloads the 625 is the best but your going to want a 5in barrel. Jeremy Hardin
  22. It should be real close. and most revos fit in to an nframe holster as well. if you dont find any thing to work like you want send me a pm i make kydex holsters and i have a buddy that has a gun that matchs yours. Jeremy Hardin
  23. Yes I have one on my wife's Trojan 9mm love it and she loves it its cheap and easy to install. my only grip is it does not have a slot for an ambi safety. but I'm going to get a different one for my custom STI 45 and cut the grips for an ambi safety. Jeremy Hardin
  24. well for an unknown smith i would have to go with Ivan Gillette in Wichita KS. I would say he is small time he has only built 3 guns so far a 2011 AR and a 1911. He built my 2011 last year and it still runs great. i also have a kick a$$ 1911 45 for single stack he built this year for me. Jeremy Hardin
  25. If your still looking for 126 mags i have a set of 4 sv mags that fit in the box and have base pads on them. PM me for more info Jeremy Hardin
