I think easier way is look at which way your dot is moving and adjust the brake accordingly.

There's not rule in placement of mag pouches, but then they throw this in for PCC. "If they choose to use magazine pouches, them may not place more than 2 on their belt which must be worn behind the hip bone as in pistol divisions." Why did they put "as in pistol divisions"?

It looks fast but all the videos I've seen, but people are keeping their hands in front of them next to the shirt. Starting position is hand naturally at sides. The videos with hands not in front doesn't appear any faster.

It seems like there are people jumping for joy over IDPA allowing AIWB and getting all mad with clubs not allowing it. At the end of the day, it's still a match and most people don't compete with what they carry. Given that drop and offset holsters are allowed I would think that would be faster than any IWB. Thoughts?

You can probably rit dye the grip black if that's what you're after.

A.1.3.1 No visible external modifications are allowed. The firearm must have the same appearance as the factory SKU shown on the company’s website. So per the rules, a fullsize 320 with the X grip was never made, so it wouldn't be legal.

Can't change out grip modules for SSP. Though if it is one of the stock modules, how would any SO know considering the number of different models Sig had come out for the 320.

I used to shoot a Para P16 with 200gr 130pf. That was really soft shooting. It also weighed 42.8 ounces. It feels completely different than 9mm single stack. I do prefer minor 40 over 9mm. But 9mm is more convenient.

That's what it seems like. I'm more confused with the SSP rules. Does the allowable modifications still in place or does it have to look exactly like the SKU gun?

Figuring this out for you is not really the job of headquarters since the specifications of the divisions are detailed in the rulebook. There is one exception to this: Enhanced Service Pistol (ESP). What happened is in early 2017, after our new rulebook went into effect, manufacturers began turning out new guns and components that over time, have become stock items on service guns and questions started pouring in. Examples of these are lightened slides, heavier barrels, and weighted grips. Recognizing that technology and new manufacturing improvements are showing us new products and firearms every year that enhance off-the-shelf inventories for specific uses such as concealed carry. And because we accept these new guns into our sport where appropriate as Stock Service Pistols, it would only be a matter of time that the help desk would be receiving calls about mix and match guns for our other divisions. We also said to ourselves that we were not going to issue a new rulebook or addendums every time something new hit the market and the IDPA equipment check at matches. So we came up with a short-term solution until such time that the BOD and HQ decide to conduct a review of the rules for our sport. We announced that the test criteria for Enhanced Service Pistol would be: EDC-Fit the Box-Make Weight. The gun must still comply with 8.1.7.D addressing magazine releases. This policy supersedes the inspection criteria detailed in the rulebook for ESP. This way it is easier for everyone that wants to use any firearm that might otherwise be excluded using our rules. Stock Service Pistol means Stock. If there are any visible differences from an SKU on the manufacturers' website, the gun will not be allowed to compete in this division. The same principle applies to Custom Defensive Pistol. If you find a .45 that has a heavy barrel without a bushing or lightened slides that you want to compete with, enter the gun into ESP. Back-Up Gun (BUG), Compact Carry Pistol and Carry Optics have the same allowances as ESP with different size and weight restrictions. Did anyone have the weight of the different 320 grip modules, tungsten vs the aluminum?

The circle dot on a Holosun is the same. I zero the dot at 25 yards, botoom yif the circle is about a 5-7 yard hold.

I tried the regular Endomags. Used them once and took them all out and threw them in a box. The plastic ejector is the main issue. If it is in the proper position, they ran fine. However putting the mags into mag pouches will bump the ejector out of position. With the bolt closed, the ejector doesn't line up with the groove on the books carrier and then you can't insert the mag. Bolt open, bolt runs into the ejector and jams up.

No, I haven't revisited the lever, too busy with work.

I run a 510 and a 507. Don't have any problems with this setup.

This was just a proof of concept to see if the lever would bind. The lever simply slipped over the top. I wouldn't make it the same way if I was making a lever for myself. Though I'm now intrigue to make one to make the gun ambidextrous. My would be different to clear my large magwell.

This is just a quick proof of concept.

So I 3D printed a lever that fits over the Stern's mag release button and spans to the other side as a test. Works fine, no binding.

OP is left handed.

I don't think it would be an issue since the mag release rides in a slot almost the full length. I'll check with the extra one I have whether it would work out not.

Carbine spring in a rifle buffer tube means there is less preload on the bolt so it will start moving back early. The big issue is a rifle buffer is longer than the carbine buffer in order to limit the travel of the bolt carrier. By using the carbine buffer, the bcg is probably hitting the charging handle.

The technical answer would be yes. The layman's answer would be no. If you keep your eye position fixed and adjust the elevation, the dot will move. But it is not moving much, 60 moa is 1°. So visually it doesn't move. With a red dot, you are seeing the reflection of the dot focused at infinity. If you draw a line from the target to your eye, the dot will be where it intersects the lens. If you move you head up, the dot will "move" up on the lens, but still remain on target. If you move your head closer, the dot will "appear" smaller, but remain the same size relative to the target. If you move your head back really far, the dot can fill the lens, but still remain the same size relative to the target.
