Carlos, it was dave & myself that built his limited gun in 45 min. while at sti. we did start with a slide to frame fit but other wise did it all. I did the top end & dave the bottom. It was not a thing of beauty but ran great. He shot it that weekend & dressed it up on mon.

you will need a 9 rd. mag tube on anything except a benelli where a 8 rd will do.

ONly 8 in the mag tube? What if you stage the loaded gun w/ empty chamber? You will have to start 1 rd. down from others. You need 9 rd. tubes or ability to put one on the carrier. Starting with 1 rd less than others suck.

Myself & a couple of other smith's offer a class where you build your gun in our shop on our parts under our supervision. check on it.

Do not use wolff recoil springs. A 12# will take a set to about a 10# after about 1000 rds & will be about a 3/4" shorter. Myself & virgil tripp have researched this in the past.

On the 32mm, the field of view sucks.

While at STI, I built several open guns on alum. frames. No problem getting a good fit. I would'nt worry about it on a carry gun, only if it goes bang.

My new 6" limited pistol for tactical 3-gun is in 9mm & runs perfect w/ sv 38 super mags. 24 rds too.

did you throat & polish the feed ramp & chamber? also try ISMI glock mag springs, they really help the feeding.
