What’s wrong with using another SVI front sight

I clean my STI every 1k rounds, and my SVI every time I’m done shooting, the difference in the 2 is the SVI to tight, really tight compared to my STI, I change recoil springs and mag springs every 5k rounds and the rest every 10k. As for what to lube with I use grease and Mobil 1, it works, I have found that Tub O Towels cleaning wipes work great at degreasing cleaning things, YMMV.

I use a combonation of grease and oil, Lucus Red n Tacky, and left over Mobil 1, there is absolutely no reason to spend money on dedicated “Gun” lubes, not only do they have a 5000% mark up, 99.9% are just off the shelf products repackaged/blends in to smaller more profitable containers

I never seen a savage at a PRS match that didn’t break, and I have ROed every single PRS match in TEXAS, just get yourself a Impact Action, it’s everything you need and nothing else, pick a drop in barrel of the caliber of your choice, drop it in a MPA chassis with a Calvin Elite trigger, and put a MPA/APA Bastard/Area419 muzzle brake.

I got some Blue 125s to try, they shot extremely well out of my Infinity, I was worried they wouldn’t, the AET barrels aren’t known for shooting anything good except real jacketed pills, I did have to adjust my expander a little in my 650, wasnt giving the case mouth enough bell.

The gel cups are a gotta have! Mine are 7 years old, plan on replacing the gel cups every 5 years like MSA recommends.
