I own 3 XDm 5.25 9mm pistols. All of them were fitted with Dawson Adjustable sights (not night sights) so this is news to me. Maybe the .45 has a different cut for the rear sight. You might call Dawson tomorrow to verify that.

So FNH has come out with their FNS striker-fired pistols in .40 and 9mm. Has anyone here on the BE forum shot one of these in IDPA/USPSA/Steel Challenge? How do they stack up against the Glocks, XDm's, and M&P Pros? I checked their current offerings on Gun Genie and noted that they don't currently have a 5" model available. Also how about accessories for this model? Any gunsmiths do work on FNS's? Also notice they come with a manual safety! How is the trigger compared to other models?

I use bifocals and just shift my eyes-it's unconscious for me anyway.

I hate to be pessimistic but based on the experience of the 2008 election it could be 5-10 months depending on what happens with O's attempts to ban semi's and who knows what else. Who knows what O might try to push thru using Executive Orders.

I think you are going to get only 1 additonal round. If you get the extended basepad (http://czcustom.com/cztacticalsportextendedbasepadsilver.aspx) you should get 3 additonal rounds. If I am wrong I will be corrected.
