  1. I have ran a few triathlons and sort of incorporated some of the nutrition learned their over to this sport. So here is what i take before a match and during. Ginkgo Biloba 120mg Improves mental alertness vitamin C 1000mg vitamin E 1000mg Ginseng panx Gives you energy with out the jitters of caffeine Power jel Endurox R4 Energy drink this stuff is Awsom, proven to improve physical performance up to 55% and post-exercise muscle stress by 36%. of coarse i eat a light breakfast and then lunch at the break and plenty of water............
  2. ok this is the problem that i have i just changed to a fiber optic front site on my SV but the rear site is a fixed novak so now the gun shoots low about 2 " i would like to install a bomar rear site to fix this(or any other sug). but the cuts are diffrent, i have heard that silver solder the site on drill and tap and of course the big one just change out the slide big bucks i need help..............   3. Not sure if this is the right spot for this but here i go any way: what do you do for Nutrition ? I searched this sight and did not find 1 topic on this very imporant issue, if you are physically or mentaly fatigued then you will make mistakes and not be performing at 100%.   7. went out and gave it a try to day at 7yrd went like this........ 2.48 29pt draw1.21 2.19 29pt draw1.10 2.06 26pt draw1.05 splits.21.21.19.21.19 where would that be in classification any body know???
