Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. SAWEEEET! yes interested. where exactly is it? short notice 8 hrs travel, i'll see.
  2. sorry for your loss. you were all blessed to find and have each other. i know the heartache you feel. i know the doubts you have now to avoid the pain in the future. it would be easiest to not go through it again. always remember there are too many good dogs in need and looking for good people. god bless.
  3. PM me if the deal on the eotech falls thru-

    Thanks

  4. if 18 months is considered a long time then yes. and actually no i did score a few points. very few. and i will man up and learn how to shoot 50 yards. never shot that far before, but now i've seen it so i will have that shot for next time.
  5. i don't know why that was entered 3 times. not meant to express any level of disappointed. just my point of view. one time.
  6. poorly run match. whats up with a 50 yard stage, thats just stupid. rescheduling squads without notification. throwing squads together, jumping squads around. confusion abound. 2/3 of the finishers didn't even get a plaque. i won't talk about the prize table chaos. i spoke to many people that were as upset as i am about this match. i'm sure i'll get blasted for my comments, but it was just a bad show. in the area 4 book we got, on page 9 it has the awards break down. we had at least 25 B Open shooters and they only awarded to 3 places when it should have been 5. you owe 2 more plaques to someone. and the scores have yet to be correctly posted at least from all the sources i know to look at. area 6 just pulled 400 shooters. with this kind of organization area 4 should be concerned about our turn out with only 220-240 shooters. as far as the range, stages, except for the 50yrd stage and all of the CRO's and RO"s they were 1st class!!! we have to expect more and should expect more from area 4.

  9. i put an easy loader on mine one day. went to shoot it and it wouldn't cycle. spent three days after work trying to find out what changed. actually took the trigger assembly from my old 1100 that i new worked and transplanted into my 22" tactical. it wouldn't work either. finally realized i had two different boxes of shells. every 1100 i've seen would shoot anything but these tacticals need the higher velocities to run 100%.
  10. i've had the F2 and the Titan. both good. i prefer the Titan. i think it was a little flatter. (for me). plus it throws up a-lot more smoke. not very useful but high on the cool scale.
  11. some of you may remember last july 4th i posted Stoney's 15th birthday in the things i like section. well i miscounted, he was only 13. but any-way he took his last trip to the vet today. i had him only a week since he was allowed to come home from a two week stay to get him stabilized. he had continued to slide away this past week so the vet and i decided it best to put him to sleep. Goodbye my very good friend. you were always loved and you will always be missed!
  12. What barrel are you shooting? i've got a KKM, maybe 6K rds through it.
  13. I feel your pain!! i've had the same problem. since i can't find zero's anywhere i bought the big box of MG .355 124gn HP's.i don't really think they are tumbling but they look like they rip through the paper. shooting from 166 to 175 power factor. been trying to figure out what's going on ever since. i even have 1500 rds.of the same bullet loaded by someone else from a totally different batch that do the same thing. its not every one just every 8 or 10th one. i just went through 200 Hornady XTP's 124gn HP with no issues. ?????

    Auto comp

in my 38SC with 7 port comp i run 7.6-7.8 autocomp compared to 8,3-8.6 true blue. i think the true blue has a little sharper recoil.
  15. mine is just an F1 chrono, nothing fancy. i wondering if the more expensive chronos did this too? or they all do it and we've never noticed.
