147 BBI moly over 3.5 solo 1000 at 1.120 for minor. M&P 9L Not berrys but the info might help. Solo 1000 can vary quite a bit batch to batch.

I did the same thing a few weeks back. I am suprised how quickly it healed. Hopefully your injury will heal quickly as well.

I have been following this thread and appreciate all the info you share on the M&P platform. I have been waiting to see how durable the Delta point is when mounted on the slide. Do you know if anyone has developed a comp. for the M&P since you started your build.

I guess that depends on what your stock guide rod weighs. You most likely have already added some weight with the current modifications.

I just had a tenant removed also. Now all I have to replace is the walls, ceilings, and flooring. Some days I wonder why I do this.

I shoot 147's at about 130PF with a 13# recoil spring. I have run it that way for a few years and just recently put in a reduced power striker spring with no problems. But I do use federal primers.

Got my results today. 24.5 Not good considering the lab says 0 - 4.9 is the normal range.

Does anyone know if there is someone working on a comp. for the M&P?

Thanks for posting about your build. I have a FS9 that just sits in the safe since I purchased my 9L. What was done to the comp to get it to fit?
