We've been married for 42 years. I took my wife to Paris for our 5th anniversary. I don't know if she ever found her way back or not...
Wish I’d said that.

Have bought a lot of stuff from graf and son, is that the same ?

Try either .358" lead/coated bullets or .357" jacketed bullets. The 929 I shot needed .358" bullets.
More than likely it will need the larger bullets.
Also look at the crown of the barrel, if there are obvious burrs it will need cleaned up.
Does the 358 bullets bulge the 9 mm brass ?

Dude, you ordered a bullet mold for an exotic bullet that has no use other than pin-shooting, but you won't buy a pound of a new powder?
Mike, I got that load from you. It worked great. Still have some of the powder.

The extended firing pins all suck. A competition gun should not have a part installed that is known to break suddenly. If it happens during a match, you're screwed.
Find a factory Ti pin (won't stick to a magnet) with the rounded (not pointy) tip, ideally one that measures as close as possible to .495" and look for action improvements elsewhere.
I just found one in my parts box that measured .505

Do you use short colt brass in a 929 ?

Yes I did! I still haven’t used them yet. I’ve been looking for more, I shoot quite a lot.
Thought they would be gone by now.

An Asian American, USMC veteran, father and volunteer at matches aalllll over the place. He is also a decent competitor, not just someone who works the timer because they can't shoot. I know him in real life.
Good to know, maybe he will be good for the sport.

Who is Lin, never heard of him

I’ve been looking for the same information as you. At The Pin Shoot, full power loads are needed to knock pins 3’ off the 3 tier table. 230gr bullets are what most use, especially in 38 special cases. Blue Dot is the powder of choice, but as others mention, #7 or 9 work on too. Most are running the loads quite a lot hotter than mention above. It’s been frustrating to see no one has been making these bullets for several years and Blue Dot is impossible to find…
Didn’t you get some bullets from me ?

Load data. 6.1 blue dot powder @1.445 fed primers.. 38 special case
-
I loaded a bunch of 230 gr wad cutter bullets, with blue dot powder and 38 special brass for pins. Worked well but smokeyyy.
I’ll try to find load data.

Looks like a lot of recoil , what were you shooting 357 mag ?
