Thank you! Nolan

Only one way to find out. Mark the A zone, practice for a week, then live fire to see any difference. If neutral results, continue until you have better or worse results. If negative results, new dry fire targets are cheap. Nolan

Well, that's the problem then, you have the US case gauge. You need the Australian case gauge. I'm in Commieforiastan. Nolan
-
LOL! That's the Australian version. You need the US version. Nolan

Yes, that's normal. I don't have any night video of my JP5, but here's some night video of my MPX. I don't remember if the ammo I was shooting was loaded with WAP or N330. https://hosercam.com/video/hoser/2019 Richmond Night Match Highlights.mp4 Nolan

JD sent me this, and it made me laugh

You have our sincerest sympathy! Nolan -
Dayum! You swing a mean kinetic! Knocked the lead right out of his socks. Nolan

Thanks, that is it, but looks like it has been discontinued or my search fu is weak because I can't find one anywhere. Looks like I have another project for the 3D printer. Nolan

Anybody recognize this 2 piece hand stop, I guess that's what you would call it? I bought one to try, several years ago when the MPX was the hot stuff and now would like a couple more.

HA! The only thing missing is Cliff in the Hot Tub! Nolan -
Looks like the wrong gun to shoot 9mm ANYTHING! Nolan

That looks like an old model 41. I think it takes the same rear sight as the original model 52. Try Jack First https://jackfirstinc.com/product-category/smith-wesson/smith-wesson-pistols/smith-wesson-41-22-pistol/ or Numrich Gun Parts https://www.gunpartscorp.com/gun-manufacturer/smith-wesson/auto-pistols-sw/41-sw Nolan

You might get more responses if you fully describe the subject matter rather than using your personal shorthand. I'm assuming you're asking about extended firing pins. Nolan

Yes, supply and demand, so don't forget that some materials have almost doubled in cost, transportation costs more, wages cost more, rent/lease/utilities and taxes will cost more, and just like us every time Adam and his employees go to the supermarket, gas station, etc. it costs a lot more than it did 4 years ago. So, yes, supply and demand. Nolan

That's less than 2% error/difference at pistol velocities and less than 1% at rifle velocities. Close enough for Gubment work. Nolan

This is exactly how I come to the line with my PCC 80+% of the time. Step up to the box, at Make Ready, unbag and throw the bag on the ground behind me. Most of the time my bag never even hits the ground because one of the other shooters behind me catches it, just like bridesmaids at a wedding with the bouquet. I do make sure to get a good loft and rearward angle when I throw the bag. Then at ULSC someone hands me the bag, just because I'm such a nice guy or maybe they are worried that I'll be like Moe, Larry or Curly with a ladder. Nyuk, Nyuk, Nyuk! The other 20% of the time I'll unbag/bag at the side berm, safe table or 'horrors' a PCC table. Nolan

Managing 2-gun entries with maxed-out registration
Nolan replied to RickT's topic in Steel Challenge
You tape steel? Only problem with all the two gun shooters on one squad is say 12 guns, 6 people. Talk about overburdening. 2 for RO and tablet, 1 shooter, 1 on deck, 1 just finished shooting, 1 painting. Kind of rough, especially if you only have 2 qualified RO's on the squad. Nolan -
I guess my JP5 didn't get the message either! Glock mags and ETS mags work fine in mine. I have a Taylor "Fattie" magwell on it and no mag problems with any mag or mag +extension. My only issue has been getting a fully loaded magazine seated, so I just download one or two rounds. Nolan

Find someone with a Lab Radar or Garmin radar chronograph. Trying a bunch of different combinations without knowing the velocities is kinda just shooting in the dark. What velocities were you getting with the 10 inch barrel versus your pistol barrels. What brand/type of bullets are you shooting? Plated, jacketed, coated? Nolan

So what are you trying to sell or did the copy/paste button on your keyboard get stuck? Nolan

Al Bundy's Dodge was really several different Plymouth Dusters. The show outlived at least 4 Dusters. https://youtu.be/_xM1H-tlnm8?si=-JWHrhpRxsZXgZMj&t=15 I grew up in Tribune, Kansas, 135 miles north and west of Dodge City. 2 hrs 15 minutes by google maps today, about an hour for the average Kansas farmer's pick up, before the 1974 gas crunch gave Kansas a speed limit. Pskys2 photos bring back some memories.....NOT! I can't remember shinola other than Kansas was a good place.......to be FROM. Nolan

Well, the orchestra played while the Titanic sank. You're right, I don't care what Stoeger is doing or saying. Problem is not Stoeger, it's how poorly the board is managing the organization. Nolan

Hmm, maybe this is why NROI is going to publish a coloring book. Nolan

I grew up in western Kansas, every fall we would have a round-up to brand, castrate and de-horn all the calves. That don't look like de-horning, looks more like the other thing. Nolan

I bother only because it's not that hard to set up a search bot to check hourly and report back and I like the products and have used them for many years. I also buy from other vendors. Nolan
