  1. Are you saying you had an AD? You post isn't very clear to me.
  2. I can't think of a rifle company yet that re-invented a new pistol that was worth a crap. Good on them for trying.
  3. That's about as close as you can get and I'm impressed/encouraged with the data. Thank you!!
  4. Have any of you checked your PF before and after porting a barrel? I shot a coworkers P today that had DSC V8 porting on the barrel. It was super flat and probably flatter than my XC. I'd be interested in porting my CS carry gun to flatten it out a bit if I knew it wouldn't greatly reduce the velocity.
  5. I was a big downer on the Holosun products just because of their origin. I now have two pistols that the previous owners installed Holosun optics on and their dot is as good or better than my DPP and SRO. I won't change them unless they fail.
  6. Order one from Brazos Gunworks. It will lighten your trigger a bit.
  7. The matchwinners are truncated cones with exposed led on the bottom. They have a JHP Im thinking about trying for a couple cents more. I called the LE rep for Hornady yesterday to see if I could get a hook up on some HAPs.
  8. Do yourself a favor and try the RMR 124 grain Match Winners. They are always available and very accurate. about a dime a piece.
  9. I don't disagree. I shoot a $2500 Staccato about the same as a $6400 Atlas. And have an equal amount of fun with either one.
  10. I think my bigger issue what using a 24 round MBX mag that takes a firm hit to seat. From now on, I will start with those fully loaded, but won't reload to one.
  11. Had my 2nd DQ in 16 years tonight at an indoor USPSA match. Somehow as a lefty, I managed to get my finger in the trigger guard during a retreat/reload and barked one off. Thankfully it was in a safe direction and nobody was hurt.
  12. Totally depends on the mag and range conditions. A 24 round MBX mag in sand/dust. Cleaned every time it hits the ground. A stock 17 rounder, hardly ever.
  13. I've been shooting it for the last several months in IDPA.
  14. I hope you can argue your case with Sig, better than you did in this thread.
  15. Take a class. Ammo is expensive, so make sure what you are learning/practicing is actually correct.
  16. I accidentally bought a green reticle Eotech and it's horribly fuzzy compared to all of my red dots. My Holosun red dots are as clear as my Trijicon dots and better than my DPP. So it may more to do with the color?
  17. Mine don't have them either and it hasn't been an issue. Just torque them to spec and use plenty of blue thread locker.
  18. No need for 15 rounds as long as they penalize us for dropping mags with rounds in them.
  19. I won't mention any names, but I watched an IDPA National Champ (lady) go into a porta potty with her gunbelt/pistol on. I'm fairly certain she handled her gun in there..........
  20. With the TXG, there is no need for steel in my opinion.
  21. Absolutely no need for a metal grip with 9mm. Don't need the weight of steel and aluminum is more harsh than polymer. Just my opinion.
