  1. Hi Hi-Power Jack:

I have three (3) original Mr. Bullet Feeders and have never used a rubber band on any of them.

If the collator is adjusted correctly, and the bullet profile not altered ( which would change it's center of gravity ) , then the bullet feeder works extremely well.

I have one of my bullet feeders on a Mark 7 / 1050 that loads .38 S.C. at 2,400 rph and I use Montana Gold JHP in 124 grain weight.

Another is on a Mark 7 / 1050 that loads .45 A.C.P. at 1,800 rph with 230 grain ball bullets - also works perfectly.

The third is on a 1050 manual set for .40 S&W and , needless to say, this one also works perfectly.

Suggest you watch the collator while it is in operation in order to verify the adjustments.

Have  a graet day - if you have a problem Rick K. will help you - he is the genius who "invented" the bullet feeder.

    Good luck,

    Grandpoobah
