I had a HMR for about 3 months. Came across a deal on a savage 10 stealth that I couldn't pass up and didn't see a need for two 6.5's.

When speaking of optics the words quality and inexpensive are rarely found together. For good quality optics you are going to pay. Having said that I got my first Nightforce about a year ago after talking to some people here on this sight and have never looked back. Remember you get what you pay for.

Ya, that's why I dropped it on my server, so if anyone here had it they had a work around for it. As to their charactar... obviously lacking... they'd make good hard cover. I agree 100%. Mainly because I tend to hit hard cover at least a couple of times.

My work computer got it from many many infected flas drives that were running around. I evidentaly had the C strain and it took our IT guys two days to finally get it off. When my machine had it it would not allow me to go to microsoft or any of the antivirus websites. Other than that there was no real change in the way the machine was running. You would think that the people authoring this crap could find better things to do like oh I don't know GET A FRIEKING JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lost two days of work because of these A$$hats.

I would say no as it says "two shots per target" signifying that in that string you must shoot two shots at each target.

Ordered a couple hundred rounds of Win 308 brass on 12-06-08. At that time Cabelas said should ship in 1-2 weeks. Got my order yesterday.

Hobbs, Clovis, Roswell, Las Cruces, and Alamogordo also have clubs. Don't know about the rest but we shoot here in Roswell on the third Sunday. ETA: I have seen Jim's work and it is first class. Sad to say I don't own one of his lowers YET!

+1 for SNS casting. Prices are very reasonable and bullets are very well made.

Lubing is a must fro what I have seen. Never tried any that were not lubed. I found that I had to sxpand the mouth of the case a little more with lead ot keep from shaving lead off of every bullet. Found that lead shoots as well as anything else that I have shot out of my Glocks with aftermarket barrels. Quite a bit cheaper as well depending on what brand you go with.

So I have had my Nightforce 5.5-22 for a couple of weeks now. To sum it up WOW. I love this scope. Clarity is out of this world. Thanks to everyone that told me to go with the good stuff. Robert

I can get 19 in all of mine and 20 in a couple. In two of the mags that I put the Dawson pads on I could only get two. I found that at the base of the tube there were burs which would not allow the follower to go past. A little work with sandpaper on those spots to smooth them out and they now hold 19.

Powder Valley had one pounders but did not expect to have 8lb kegs for at least two more months. Midway had some as of two days ago in 8lb kegs.

You should be alright. I have substituted magnum primers for regular before without any problems. As always anytime you make a change make sure to back you powder charge off and work it back up.

Jim What is going on here everybody seems to be picking on you lately.

That seems to be a favorite amongst our local gang bangers. I always know when they used one because there is almost always at least one loaded round on the ground from them clearing a malfunction. A lot of that may be in the way that they hold it. I have personally shot two of them and neither ran like they should. They are cheap for a reason. If he can afford something better he should. If that is all that he can afford then I guess it would be better than a club or spear.

Sorry Flex. I agree it can make a difference. OAL with the 160's I am shooting is 1.130 and never had a problem out of either of my Glocks.

I am getting the 160's to major without any problems and no signs of excessive pressure. Makes major out of both my 35 and my 22.

Not exactly the same but should be close. To make major out of my 35 with a KKM barrel with 160's I am loading 5.2g of Titegroup. The previous poster was spot on. Start at 4.6 and work up.

I can't get anywhere near .005 of the lands in my 700 and still fit in the original box mag. Are you having to single feed those at that length?

Depends on what you are feeding with it. In AR type rifles i do slightly crimp. For my bolt guns no crimp. The neck tension of the case holds the bullet plenty tight.

Had the same problem with my M2 with the comfortech stock. My pad came off when i bumped the side of it on a hard object catching just the pad. Stuck it back on an no problem so far.
