be, i've been google searching shopping carts. man, is there a lot of them. what language are you interested in? dgross, the +p is a beefer case than the 38 auto, and the 38 super. they did this to push the bullet faster, hense "plus power"... i guess. but the cartridge is the same. all the commercial +p ammo and regular .38 auto should work fine in your witness. hope this helps. lynn jones

yep, that's what you need. the tip gets a little plastic on it, no big deal. one note, the burning does produce a little smoke, that smells and can get in your eyes. wear eye protection, and get a little fan to blow the smoke away from you. lynn

Ron, i'd like to know which pp activated the turner (dissappearing?) first. i'd shoot the left side first, hitting the activating pp first, then t1, then the other pp, then the turner. time waits for no one. reload into t4, t5, usp3, and usp2. shoot t4 first because it's the closest target. lynn jones

TDean, i've done several grips using a wood burning tool. it's not very hard, just try not to be too aggressive. i took a dremel tool with a sanding drum to the corners of the the grip on the front edges and under cut the trigger guard for a better feel. the stippling will be very ruff on the hands for awhile. if you just burn a little, you can deepen the holes later. lynn jones

45colt, yes, crimping does have an effect on accuratcy. overcrimping can lead to tumbling. undercrimping can lead to feeding problems. lead bullets need more crimping than jacketed bullets. this is my general opinion, and is what i've learned. lynn jones
