  6. sounds like you need to just down load the blank stage template and start over. the move function seems to work better when you just want to move a short distance. i use cut and paste for big moves. the move function seems to want to jump to an "edge" of another object or a section on the "grid". when selecting multiple objects, make sure you don't select the grid or berms this will mess you up for sure. sounds like every thing has been "selected". find a spot and select it, hopefully this will unselect every thing else. the group and explode is use to modify a component. if you are modifing a component, be sure to make if "unique", or the multiple same components will be modified as well. good luck. lynn p.s. i finished sketchuping the area 2 stages and have posted them to the 3d warehouse, just search for "godsmack".
  7. hey bear23, thanks, i'm waiting to the first of the year. i'll go to the doctor for a proper diagnosis, then i decide. mine does not hurt all the time, comes and goes without warning. if i'm at the range all day, it will start hurting. lynn
  8. i think this will be a great year! 2011 for STI 2011
  9. Attached is an Army security presentation on Geotagging from photos uploaded to the internet from Smartphone cameras like iPhones, Androids, and others. While the Army is concerned about military security, similar concerns exist about criminals tracking individuals by their Facebook posts and photo uploads, as the first page of the briefing demonstrates. This could provide information to facilitate robbery or assault. The bottom line is to make sure the GPS function in your smartphone or camera (if so equipped) is turned off! go here
  10. I see a username change to "skunkrunner" in your future.
  11. On Area 2_stage9, it looks like the target T4 and popper PP1 on left back area have no where to shoot from. Might move the fault line out a little. Rest look like pretty fun stages...mind if I use one or two of them? hey thanks, i have fixed the problem with stage 9. i have uploaded these files to the 3d warehouse, search models by godsmack. lynn
  12. and some more. threadkiller was my first try, you can tell it's rough. lynn
  13. Lynn...that looks pretty darn good. You do know that you can export out to 2D which creates a JPG file? By using the File-Export 2D. Not sure how you got to the PDF, but it worked for you...just a little grainy looking. The stage setup looks awesome...good job. thanks mark, i'm still learning. i'll try the 2d version. well, that was easy. lynn

  19. the MCC results are posted to the uspsa website as of yesterday. the match scores and classifier scores should be up next month. i got the job of uploading the scores since i'm the club contact person. the classifier was not entered in ezwinscore as a "classifier stage", so has to be reentered correctly so it can be uploaded to the uspsa. i'm not sure how to upload the match as a classifier. i could use some help with that, anyone? lynn
