  2. They spring will shrink with use, do not trim it. They like to throw in striker springs with their recoil springs.
  3. This is our premium quality striker that was design for improved ignition of primers. It is made from high grade 17-4 stainless steel and heat treated for a long service life. The striker engagement face is high polished for a smooth release. The striker face has a neutral angle, so it may reduce your trigger pull weight over the stock striker. 45 ACP 9/40
  4. I think we got some in from our spring maker. I know we expect a large batch any day. I'll check in the AM.
  5. Interesting. I'll take a look at my pistol tonight to see what part you are talking about. Would there be any ill effects of removing that material from the striker? You are disabling the "drop" safety.
  6. Is it a hobby or is it a business plan? If it is a hobby, low speed and slow will teach you a lot. If it is a business plan, big HP and fast will get you a LOT more parts per hour and cut down your R&D time.

  8. Looks good! The set screw just keeps it from coming down, so flush with the magwell is fine.

  10. Yes, if it did work, make sure that the striker is not clipping the edge of the safety block. That could damage the striker.
  11. The striker safety block prevents conventional trigger jobs from working in the kit. The easy solution is to remove the part of the striker that hits the striker safety block. We did not see an easy way to remove the block and did not wish to destroy the conversion kit lent to us by our customer.
  12. Yes, it is not difficult. They sell them with it already done also.
  13. If I can get a frame to make it on. I have someone local that said they want some, so I'll check in with them.
  14. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10203755298697378&l=6629572656195536399 We bought this specifically so we could keep up with production demand AND release the products people want from us.
  15. http://shop.springerprecision.com/product.sc?productId=282&categoryId=41 We expect the .45 pads back from anodizing soon.
  16. I am working on the CZ 75 they should be ready Monday. I need a set of stock grips for the large frame EAA, mine are the thin Henning Grips and I could do those.
  17. I've never used those. All the big shops here use MasterCam with solids so I went that route. Verify and simulatation are my good friends
  18. That's not too bad. I took a HAAS VF2SS off of the truck. It had a VF3 and ST20 on it also. That looks like a great machine, I look forward to seeing the things you get to create. It is extremely satisfying to take and idea from an idea, to MasterCam, a post, and then to a part.
  19. http://shop.springerprecision.com/product.sc?productId=287&categoryId=42 Click here. We appreciate the input, as I can only design and manufacture to what I believe to be good and the input I get from customers. I don't do colors because I haven't found a colored tape that I like as well this tape.
