  1. Less flex means that the pressure goes more directly to break the shot. This generally means you are more likely to break the shot without moving the sight.
  2. http://shop.springerprecision.com/product.sc?productId=282&categoryId=38 .45's will be done in the next few weeks also. We are working on the final touches for the CZ P09, HK VP9 and FN FNS 9.
  3. Mr. Springer, I don't get wrapped up in the iPhone/iPad/iSpy but I was wondering if you have a rough guesstimate for the new basepads would be available so I can throw money in your general direction when they're released? I'm placing an order for a magwell this coming week. http://shop.springerprecision.com/product.sc?productId=282&categoryId=38 How about now? Anodizing has a chunk of them, but we are allowing pre-orders and held some back to fill orders for those who want raw aluminum.
  4. On either end are the the ones for the factory 16's.
  5. They won't work with the 10 round mags.
  6. They are on the list of parts to make. I have another milling center on the way so we will be able to release new products faster.
  7. Our clarifications from NROI have all said that as long as it matches the factory part, you can use it. This matches the factory part. Well, I stand corrected then. That sure makes an RO's job hard though, doesn't it? That ruling was under John, I have a message in to Troy to verify that he will rule the same way. There is no real way for a RO to know who made the part if they are identical, and that was the logic used in the past. The XD 45 part is metal, so we really are just offering a metal part because SA won't sell them.

  9. http://shop.springerprecision.com/product.sc?productId=280&categoryId=10 It is a factory replacement trigger with an anodized finish. The benefit of an aluminum trigger is it has less flex than a plastic trigger giving you a crisper feel. The Springer Precision Trigger is stronger than the factorty plastic one. This fits all XDm models and calibers. It also fit XD .45 cal models. DOES NOT FIT XD 9/40 OR ANY XDS.
  10. We cut in a lot of sights. I don't have a link to the exact pistol off the top of my head, but this is a similar setup. http://springerprecision.com/galleries/IonBond/DLC_1911_M1911_A1_custom.jpg
  11. Not yet. Then get a move on... World Shoot is in October . If you are going to add length, why not also add capacity. I'd e happy to match-test a few prototypes. Production doesn't allow added capacity. I ordered another CNC machining center to deal with the issue of getting out new parts.
  12. We've done a few for a guy who has a Sistema obsession. The Novak style look pretty nice. My one caution from the ones I've seen is the metal seems to be very soft and I'm not sure if it would be a long term high round count pistol.
  13. A and C are the only options for SSP as long as the "kit" uses the factory trigger. The sights are fine.
  14. Our longer basepads are .375", so though you can't stretch the ones you have, we made ours so that doesn't happen as easily. I don't have an limited 10 to compare it to but you could ask SSS, we sent them some pads.
  15. Yes. It will also work with our upcoming 140mm basepads.
  16. Yes, they were both changed to fit the ESP magwell.
  17. Not at all, they are easily removed and there is no modification to the frame, only the backstrap
