"Adam's Specs" aren't for your gun. Those are for in general. Tune the mags to your gun. Use Grams followers if you can. For the love of all things good don't use an Uplula. I can't tell you how many people I have given that advice to that have instantly stopped having nosedives. Uplula's and 2011 mags don't mix for some peoples loads and lengths. If the 2nd round isn't pushed against the rear of the tube you are just asking for nosedives.

How do we load if we don’t use an Uplula? I was taught the pushing in the second round trick by a local GM too, it’s good advice.

  2. USPSA Carry Optics,  Glock 34 Gen 3.
I have the Zev. Which I really like. Except that today when I was practicing transferring to my left hand for one handed shooting, I inadvertently pushed the mag release button and dropped the mag.

Which mag release button do you like best?

No but all you have to do is pull the extractor out of the housing and install in the other housing

Can you just drop the entire housing with the new ejector into a Gen 3? Does the Gen5 housing work in a Gen 3?

Deemed engraving tool with a long/sharp chisel shaped tip. Works like a tiny jackhammer. Best way I’ve ever found.

Do you have a part number for the tip or can you link amazon or another place to buy? Thanks!

I’ve had both my main and my backup in to a smith for repairs, not minor ones.  If your serious you need to have a backup, but if your not I personally now have a nice co gun that I switch to when my open gun is down.  It keeps me fresh with the dot and it’s not that big of a switch.  Another option to think about

That is precisely what I’m doing now....converting an old production gun to Carry Optics so at least I can still play with a gun with a dot on it to finish the season. Next season I will have mine back, and my guy will be building the second open gun.

  6. This stuff has been tested. One can look these things up.

If buying something allows someone to get excited, have more confidence, and practice more, I think there is value in it even if there is not a major difference in the actual product.

Glad to hear from you on the Echo. I thought about upgrading but my V4's are fine. Hold zero, same battery lasts all season, no malfunctions. I see no need to change. Thanks!

I feel the exact same way.
