We have a few formats around here for pin shoots. I have shot them off individual pedestals. 22s got them off just fine, so there was a 22 division. Those steel tables with the sideboards can be a real bitch when you have a nose over the front edge of the table up against the side rail. One day I hit one with 8 rounds of 357 factory and all it did was wiggle. :-( Bob

I downloaded a listing of feedlip dimensions from the STI website a few years ago. We got a batch of 9mm and 45 acp 2011s in the shop yesterday. So for ha, ha's I was measuring the feed lips on the mags and found that what is on the list and what the real numbers were worlds apart. I am talking like .060 to .080 difference. I guess if they work, they work. I was just curious as to why the big difference. Any thoughts? Thanks, Bob

I had one of each, PC 625s that is. Both were great guns, but I much prefered the 5 1/4" one. For me the thing ballanced much better. Bob

I REALLY like to use 7 grains of #7 with a 130 grain plated bullet for my open gun. That load sends up great smoke signals Bob

I find Titegroup fills my needs. Bob

I try to run a brush thru the cylinder between every stage. End of problem. You could also use plated bullets. Scotchbrite in the chamber will make it worse, you are removing material from in there and allowing more room for the crud to build up. Bob

I find the 6" to be muzzle heavy. I do like the feel of the 4", so that's what I have. And yes there are speedloaders available for it. Bob Bob
