Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Hello, need to put a TLR 1 on the lower side of my M1 shotgun tube , what mount can I get for that purpose.
  2. The problem is very seldom, 200 rounds in my last pratice and had 2 jams both the same, the round stops about 3/4 into the lifter. The 'bend ' is very slight so it might not have any thing to do with it. Does seem to happen on the last few rounds out of the tube. The spring is new ie. 1000 rounds or so. The length of spring is 12 in. past the tube, never cut any coils off. Load is fed. 3 dram 1/8 # 8 . Going to get a new lifter spring and put a new tube spring in and go out tommorow and try again... Thx Larry
  3. Hello. Have had some jams, round coming up from the tube seem to stop at a slight bend on the lifter, the bend seems to be right at the place where my speedloader tube goes into 'on' the lifter to load the gun and has bent it down. Is this normal for a lifter on a gun loaded this way ? Gun is a m-1 24 inch barrel, nordic 12 tube with a new spring and an Arendondo speed chute. Thx Larry
  4. Lions and bears and snakes...o my! No way I would sleep in primitive right now...y'all be careful out there! jj WIMP !!!!
  5. That's my thought process as well, still would like to know how an ro would call hits without getting somekind of visual on target. Using binocs at nite I think would just add to taking away from him the ability to watch the shooter, I think but could be wrong ....
  6. Kinda had the same idea with the RnR is to put the one chem lite on each side on a 1x2 about 2 or so feet in front or back as to help protect from splatter, don't know if it will be enough lite on the target being that far away, but just like a steer all I can do is try...... Keep the input comming
  7. Depends on what Light you are using as the competitor. All the matches I have been at have put glow sticks on the flashers, so it is pretty easy for the RO to see. Plus the sparks are cool too. I've been to a few night matches that are pretty scary. Please talk to some guys who have set them up and run them who know what they are doing. Lights/glow sticks on every person, range clearing protocols, etc. we use RnR flashers, where would you put the glow sticks at on the flasher that would still show up and not get hit or splattered by the bullet, or put it slightely off away from it ??
  8. How well does long range [ 150 ] yard flashers show up with the weapon lite and can the RO. call / see the hits ???... Going to experiment some this year with setting up a nite down in AZ in august and am looking at this post for all the info my 3 brain cells can digest..... Thx Larry
  9. A big thank you to Jeremy and ETTS and to all that set up the stages. A special thanks to the gals that filled my gullet at lunch... Got home and felt like i was rode hard and put away wet... Larry

Have to see what I have as to some buck shot, Cabelas is only 5 miles away !!!!!! Should be a really nice day as far as weather. Jeremy was talking to a hotel to try to get some deals for people that drive a ways so they can get there moneys worth and stay and shoot both days... Give him a PM .....
  11. There was mention of shooting some buckshot this match, is it on steel, paper or both and appox. how many ?? Sounds like a good change up... Larry ( old man )
