    P320 X5 Thread

For me personally, I like the ability to have adjustable sights because I like to see holes in the "X"... I appreciate the very tight lockup that is loosening to butter smooth... I ended up using the standard small p320 grip (I have 5 other p320's that my twin boys love shooting, but they need the smaller grip). The tighter fit, adjustable sights (I'd already spent $120 changing front blade height multiple times to get the right POA>POI) - when I add getting four 21-round magazines and selling the X-Five grip module, the money was close to the same as a standard p320 full size and I now have the sights, trigger and magazines I wanted. YMMV... but this worked for me.
  2. I used the Small, the Medium felt a tad big... used Small mainly so my boys could also shoot it; but, after installing the Apex Tactical Curved with the shorter reach, the Medium is now perfect for my hand.

SOLD... to the 2 other members who messaged offers almost double - I appreciate it; but, a deal is a deal and my word is my bond.

Will be happy to, would be the weighted X-Five grip and detachable magwell... you can message me whatever you think is a fair price and I'll mail it your way.

    P320 X5 Thread

I picked up an X-Five last week and have about 500 rounds through it... I did swap the grip module to a standard p320 fullsize Medium grip so I could use all my 17rd mags without modifying them. Since I have several P320's - and carry one daily - I also prefer having the same style grip, though the X-Five grip feels great. I had had understood that the newer P320's came with a flat baseplate and would fit the X-Five, but one of my P320's was just made 10-days ago and it still has the standard winged base pad. Someone had mentioned that the X-Five came with a Sig coupon for swapping to flat base plates, but mine didn't include a coupon. This is is one tight Gun, after 500 rounds it is just breaking in to lock up butter smooth... shoots great.
  6. Be patient with it... my 1050 required some tweaking adjustments here and there and I'm not the most patient sort and I was somewhat frustrated for the first few times. That was about 2 years ago... I loaded 4000 rounds over the weekend and it couldn't have run better and I wouldn't trade it for anything - outstanding piece of equipment. I normally try to load smoothly and deliberately... but I decided to see how long it takes to load 100 rounds and I can reliably load 100 rounds in 3 minutes, 45 seconds moving smoothly and quickly. Oh, get an RF100 primer filler... that also took some tweaking and then runs great...
  7. I'm trying to figure out how to load .45 Auto Rim (for shooting in S&W 625 revolvers) on a Dillon 1050... I can't find any listing for which shellplate to use and I'm almost afraid of the answer - is there a shellplate for the 1050 that will handle the Auto Rim case? If not, is there a Dillon machine that can handle the Auto Rim?
