  1. I've been doing this exercise https://forums.brianenos.com/topic/211402-shoulder-endurance-and-strength-exercise-vitruvian-man-shoulder-exerc/ for 2 years , 5 days a week. I can't shoot faster, but feel better.
  2. You can learn a lot about expanders and loading lead bullets from these guys http://castboolits.gunloads.com/
  3. Decap first, cleans all, dry fast. This works with most brass https://www.dillonprecision.com/universal-decapping-die_8_4_24510.html
  4. Push pull as in Weaver stance? Do people still do that?
  5. Shoulder Endurance and Strength Exercise- Vitruvian Man Shoulder Exerc.

Thank you, this works good for me.

  6. I'm 60 and my first match is next month.
  7. If you want to do well, go to gun school.
  8. (I guess I can also look and check to make sure the case is not biting too hard into the bullet, correct?) Yes, this is a good way to see if you over crimped. If you distort the bullet, accuracy goes to hell.
  9. I don't think the dent in the case mouth is a big deal. It should come out when you resize the case.
  10. It looks like the case is hitting something on the way out.
  11. Ammo collectors hang out here http://www.cartridgecollectors.org/
  12. I recently bought an Undersize Pistol Die from EGW. I had a problem with the die scratching my brass. I sent an email to them and got a quick response. They told me to send it back. In a week I had a new die that works great. Thank You EGW. Tom J
  13. Does anyone use AA#5 with a 230 gr fmj? Anyone have an opinion on AA#5?
  14. Hi, I'm new here, and I don't post very often anywhere I go. But I'm very interested in any type of safety device you come up with. I tried to use small mirrors to see in the case better, but there's no room. I would buy a device that insures the correct charge in a 550 as long as seating and crimping remain 2 steps. Tom
