Anyone played with this pistol? looks like an ok budget platform from the specs but does it hold up?

Yeah these are gen 2 pmags that I had an issue with.

This might sound complicated and it could be that I didn’t run enough oil, but what happened was I ran the gun dry, swapped mags and the charging handle wouldn’t budge. Not one bit. After fighting it I finally dropped the new mag ran the bolt, threw the mag in again and it ran fine. I ran the next stage with a hex mag in first, ran dry and threw in that same p mag after the hex mag with no issues. So I’m not sure exactly what happened But one of the shooters said I should file down the pmag. I can’t find much info on it though.

I had a Pmag jam up my last match and one of the other shooters mentioned this can be fixed with some minor changes to the mag, but I didn’t get a chance to chat with him after the match. Can’t find anything online. Anyone know anything about it?

My reload is way faster than my draw, but that’s because I thought my draw was fine when starting out, and I focused on reloads, practicing every night for a year, then I switched my setup last year and my draw time is super slow. 1.5 draw, .9 reload. On average.

Same here. Very nice customer service but don’t expect it to be solved quickly.

Not sure if anyone still follows this thread but I just bought a pair of Astero shoes on Amazon for about $35. They are rebranded Solomon’s for about 1/4 of the price.

I borrowed one from a friend. Not sure which one it is. Which one do you use? I may just pick it up. I’d like to swap out my front sight while I’m at it anyway.

I have a canik tp9sfx. The sights are just barely off. My shots consistently pull left. I spent months diagnosing the issue and came to the conclusion my sights are off. I cannot get my iron sights to budge. Even with a sight pusher. Any tips?

Picking up a freedomsmith trigger, looking at the racer or master to help with the long take up on my canik. Which model do you guys have?

What holster setup does everybody like? Dropped? Offset? Why? Does this affect the class you are in?
